Khách sạn được xây dựng trên núi và cần phải đi qua một đường hầm dài 100 mét để đến đó. Sau khi xuống ga Katsuura, đi bộ tầm 1,4 km, hoặc đi taxi theo mình nhớ là hơn 700 yên. Sảnh khách sạn, các phòng và suối nước nóng đều hướng ra vịnh, rất dễ chịu. Các nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và cung cấp lịch trình cho xe buýt Kumano Kodo và Du thuyền Ji の Matsushima. Bữa sáng kiểu Nhật và rất phong phú. Mặc dù nó không có khung cảnh mặt trời mọc như Urashima Hotel, nhưng nó rẻ và tốt.

It was way better than we expected according to the reviews. East wing indeed is the newest one: our room has all the facilities, it was spacious, clean and has fantastic view from the balcony. Meals were in traditional Japanese style, so might not be to everyone's liking, but we enjoyed all of them. I wasn't able to go to the onsen (as I have several big tattoes), but my husband liked an open one! Also, even though it is not listed in the hotel's description, but they do provide a parking if you come by your own car (as we did), which was very helpful, considering remoteness of location. All in all it was great experience, and not costly at all! Just one small remark: I do not eat meat and was concerned about parking, so I tried to contact the hotel in advance via Trip.com first and then their e-mail (listed on the web-site) to clarify those things... with zero success. I don't know if the reason was that I wrote in English and they barely speak it, but eventually I didn't get any response at all. Other than that really nothing to complain about!

The place has nice onsen pools with a good sea view. They let us change the check in date which was very helpful. It’d been better if the booking time for breakfast and dinner was informed before the arrival so guests could plan better for meals as the location is around 20 minutes walk from the railway station and restaurants.

Highly recommended. Good private location, superb service, big indoor and outdoor onsen, superb view and exceptional service. I stayed during end of Nov. 24. The hotel is value for money indeed. The room is definitely not 17m as it s indicated. It s very spacious with great private sea bay view. I stayed during end here one night and stayed at KAMENOI hotel another night. I truly prefer warmth atmosphere here. The outdoor onsen here is certainly better as well! If I go to Katsuura again, I will definitely stay here.

Clean and comfortable hotel on the ocean side. About 15min from Katsuura on foot. The onsen is nice and clean, breakfast is japanese style and tasty. The rooms are japanese style also, tastefully decorated. We visited the fish market and had dinner in town and then walked to the hotel.

Amazing outdoor onsen, the overall amenity is a bit and outdated though!

飯店的位子沒有那麼方便，但是有接送車，所以也還好，只不過要自己帶水去喝，自動販賣機的水大概是一般的兩倍。房間裡面沒有可以沖澡的地方，只有廁所。餐點的部分會詢問大約幾點？用餐並在餐桌上面寫好房號，這一點對一個女性旅遊來講有點危險，因為看餐桌上的擺設就知道那個房間是幾個人入住，甚至於房間號碼都知道。可能因為沒有什麼客人，所以唯一的販賣店土產也非常的少，露天溫泉要走一段戶外的路程，晚上很暗很冷，如果往露天溫泉的路上可以做一個聯通到變成室內就好了 明明很好的天然資源，應該要好好的經營

純日語，會英文的服務員較少會略有不便。泡湯比較舒適，有室外的～食物是每人份定食，種類很多，如果不趕行程多待一會也是非常舒服的

酒店很遠，很偏。距離JR站步行20分鐘，且要穿過好幾個山洞（其中有一段晚上很黑 膽小者謹慎選擇）。無公共交通抵達酒店，要麼步行到酒店，要麼打車，要麼自駕。 酒店免費接送bus（班次很少很少很少），上去送客去JR站班次還可以，但是下午幾乎沒班次。下午4點多、5點多有班次來JR站接客人 ，不在表格內，需要打電話給酒店他們才會來JR站接。 房間屬於正常老舊乾淨的日式房間，有獨立衞生間，但沒有獨立浴室，洗澡需要到樓下公共浴室（非24小時），有室內外泡池。 早餐是到2樓用餐，日式早餐，住了2晚，還很貼心的換了菜單，這點好評。

建物は古くリノベーションされて無い様でした。 食事は　良かったです。 温泉も良かったですが　サウナもなかったし　浴室が　今まで泊まったホテルの中で　一番古く　少し気持ち悪かったです。

這是一個體驗感非常差的日式温泉旅館。位置偏僻 房間很小 衞生間也很小。含的早晚餐也很差。同樣價格 那龜乃井酒店好多了。真的建議國人在選擇日式温泉酒店的時候 還是要選大品牌連鎖酒店 各方面都有保證。
