It has been a great stay from day one, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, the facilities are great and very suitable for families and couples alike. The food is great and varied, the water park is so much fun, the entertainment is very nice, and the kids club is just perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Emre, Ms. Cansu, and Mr. Ozden.

Разочарован качеством обслуживания и обманом с номером. Забронировали двухкомнатный семейный номер через Trip.com, ориентируясь на фото: на них во всех комнатах были большие окна. В реальности нас поселили в номер, где в детской комнате не было окон вообще — это неприемлемо для проживания с ребёнком. После жалоб на ресепшен и в поддержку Trip.com нам пообещали поменять номер только на следующий день. Из-за этого начало отдыха было испорчено, а фактически мы потеряли целый день. Больше всего расстроило отсутствие извинений и компенсации со стороны отеля. Персонал вежлив, но этого недостаточно, когда сталкиваешься с несоответствием описанию и вынужденными неудобствами. Не рекомендую этот отель семьям — лучше уточняйте детали заранее, чтобы избежать подобных ситуаций.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле третий раз, очень нравится бэби клуб. Приятный персонал там работает. По еде все норм. Пляж хороший. Вечерние шоу интересные. Территория красивая. Благодарим Камрана за содействие и помощь. Однако замечание ресепшену. Обещали починить сейф в день обращения, но за 3 дня никто не пришел.

Otel konum olarak kolay erişilebilir bir yerde. Girdiğiniz andan itibaren Cansu Hanım sizinle birebir iletişime geçiyor herhangi bir aksaklık olursa anında çözüyor. Odalar güzel yeterli büyüklükte. Yemekler ortalama üstünde güzel ve çeşit bol. Havuzlar yeterli büyüklükte kapalı havuz olanağı da mevcut. Alkol çeşidi gerçekten çok fazla ve bar personeli sizi kırmamak adına bir bardak dahi içecek olsanız şişeyi açıyorlar ve ikram ediyorlar. Bir kez daha gelecek olsam bu bölgedeki yegane tercihim bu otel olacaktır

Stayed with our 4 children. Arrived at 5am and were offered drinks/food which we appreciated. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily to a very good standard. Pool areas are kept clean and the hotel grounds are beautiful. There are slides for both older and younger children and it’s pretty much on the beach! There is such a good variety of food here and drinks are served at the table meaning no queuing or waiting around. The only issue we had is that some areas of hotel need to be better air conditioned. We ate at the a la carte restaurants which were lovely but it was so hot in there it spoilt the experience somewhat. We received daily WhatsApp notifications telling us what the entertainment would be that evening and could scan QR codes at tables to have drinks delivered (by roller skates if by the pool!!) The entertainment was also great and then disco afterwards until late! You won’t be bored at this hotel. There is a large bazaar about a 10 minute walk away and be prepared to haggle! What really makes this hotel is the staff who clearly work very hard to make sure you have that 5 star feeling! We loved the beach bar - special mention to Muhlis, Hasan, Sergen, Ahmet and Zeynel for their attentiveness and excellent service! They couldn’t do enough for us- thank you! Would we return to this hotel? Most definitely! We had a great time!

Excellent hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! thanks to our guest assistant Kutman❤️

Leodikya Kirman Premium pleasantly surprised us from day one. Everything was well-organized from the check-in to the service and meals. The food was delicious and the service was on point. What stood out most was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, it created a genuinely warm atmosphere. We felt like truly welcome guests. Thank you a wonderful holiday.

we are currently in the hotel. so far it is very pleasant and nice. the food is very good, the rooms are spacious and clean, the service is nice and helpful in everything. for smaller children there is a great slide and for older children there is an aqua park. there is also a disco for adults, a shop, a doctor. it's very nice. I recommend it :)

We stayed at Leodikya Kirman with family,it was a wonderful week! We especially loved the large,well maintained green territory,walking around the hotel was a real pleasure. Every day we enjoyed a wide variety of delicious dishes,tasty and something for everyone. The events and activities were also a highlight,you definitely wont get bored here. Special thanks to the hotel staff! Everyone was polite, attentive,and quick to respond to any requests. The bartenders make great cocktails and the minibar in the room is regularly refilled. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the hotel is kept very clean overall. Ypu can really feel that the guests are well taken care of. Overall,we left with only positive impressions. Highly recommended for family vacations and not just families!
