I didn’t appreciate today when we were leaving the two gentlemen that were cleaning rooms one black and one Mexican made comments and laughed at us as we were walking past them. Me and my wife have started there 5 or 6 times and really enjoyed the stay but don’t appreciate the immaturity of staff! We will be looking for another place to stay and we will let everyone know what happened!

I booked for the pool. I went to the basement and noticed the pool was not open. I asked the staff why the pool was not open, she said it would be open shortly. We went back to the pool to see that the pool was never going to open and it was unsafe to get in. I was lied to the first time and I reached out to management about a refund still no response.

Actually everything was good. From the beginning to the end. Friendly and clean. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. BEEN HERE A COUPLE OF TIMES BEFORE AND ALWAYS RECEIVED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEAN ROOMS.

The staff was helpful and pleasant. The property was clean and inviting. The breakfast was okay. The eating area was clean and had staff constantly making sure the area stayed clean and stocked. The pool was nice, had it to ourselves for a little while. But other guests made the sleep difficult for my wife. There were young children in a next door room making a ruckus keeping her awake well past midnight and when staff quieted them down, they kept the television loud enough to keep her up. Finally turning it down by 6:30 am.

This hotel was a bit dated but overall clean and the staff was very pleasant. I did try to use the gym and most of the machines are broken or damaged.

I’ve stayed at Comfort for years, this time wasn’t the best. I called down and spoke with the night clerk to have my room cleaned while I would be gone for 10 hours at school, he told me the room would be cleaned. Got back from school room hadn’t been cleaned! When I spoke to the clerk on duty they said the night clerk hadn’t written anything down, he said for me to put the towels outside the door and he would bring clean ones down. Well to my amazement that never happened either. I had to call down to the front desk about towels to take a shower, I was then told by a young lady to bring the towels down to the front desk to receive new towels. Yes No COMMUNICATION AT ALL! The next day I’m leaving out for school yet again I see the same night clerk, yes the one from the night before I said “ You never put my request in to have my room cleaned?” He says “He’s doing it right now”. Goes to a piece of paper pretending to write it down. I told him I also put the sheet on the door for the housekeeper as well. Him ok. I come back 6 hours later sheet still on the door. Might I mind yall my keys kept disabling everyday so I’m at the desk having them to reset them so I can get in my room as well. So now I go back up to the front desk the young lady that’s there was so nice I tell her the problems I’ve been having about house keeping and the night clerk and how the sheet is still on the door, and how the remnant been cleaned. She instantly got on the walkie talkie and let the housekeep

Previous stay Aug 2023 was excellent enough to bring me back . This current stay , felt like a club hang out . People hanging around the entry/exit points . Elevator didn’t work. My shower didn’t work , they changed my room then that room tub wouldn’t flush. Front desk agent rude.

After having the ceiling start leaking at our previous hot, the Comfort Inn saved our trip. The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. The bathroom was small and needs updating.
