This was nice staying at a five star Boutique hotel, the surroundings and gardens are stunning.breakfast was generous and delicious with authentic Italian food such as parma ham and melon. The room was beautiful and modern. Reception stuff was efficient. In actual fact, all the staff was friendly and willing to help all the way to the lifeguard. There is plenty of parking and you can also use for free one of the multiple bikes they got. Both swimming pools are immaculate, at the right temperature and clean. The beach area was well maintained as well. There are plenty of sunbeds throughout the resort - all with umbrellas to protect you from the Sun. We are so coming back! The main attraction of this hotel is the stunning gardens. The gardeners do a fantastic job of maintaining such beautiful garden spaces. The area around the rear pool is particularly impressive. It was a pleasure to sit by the pool surrounded by incredible plants and fragrant flowers. There are two pools which were both just warm enough to swim in for the first week of June. They were both clean and well maintained. There were sufficient loungers and umbrellas available around the pool for everyone due to the quiet time of year. We stayed in a standard room for 2 nights which overlooked the car park although thanks to the gardens the view is softened by plants and hedges. Both the room and balcony were small. The balcony in particular was so small that the chairs and table could not be moved. There is no privacy on the balconies so you have to find a time when no one else is out on their balcony if you want to enjoy it. The room was nicely furnished and decorated mainly in white with a decent spacious shower. The reason we could not give a top rating was the air-conditioning. Although it could be turned on it did not cool the room which remained at 24 degrees and above which meant we had to keep the window open during the night. It appears that it is being centrally controlled and is either not in cooling mode in early June or is being turned off. We didn’t eat at the hotel’s restaurant due to the poor reviews we had read but had cocktails at the bar one night which were ok (not mixed with standard ingredients) but expensive by Italian standards at €15. Breakfast offered a good selection and coffee was quickly served which we appreciated. As we had an early check-out, the hotel even provided a breakfast bag to go with fruit, yoghurt, juice and a piece of cake. We found the staff at the hotel very professional and check-in and out was efficient. We liked the extra touches like the free flip flops and bag provided in the room, welcome drink and breakfast to go. We would certainly return if ever in Pula again.

Lovely hotel with great views, food and service. Room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was lovely, great food and wines. 2 large pools and the beach can accommodate lots of guests without being crowded. The gardens are lush and gorgeous. Together with my husband and our 2 year old son, we spent a relaxing day at the Sant' Efis hotel. The interior design of the rooms is really beautiful: a mix of minimalism and Sardinian craftsmanship. The bathroom is very spacious and has all the amenities available. The swimming pools (perfect for children) are surrounded by a splendid sensory garden. And the staff is very professional, friendly and available to satisfy all your needs. I highly recommend it to all who are looking for some down time in a luxurious and natural environment.

The hotel has a special vibe, with all the plants surrounding you have a feeling as you were in some tropical country. It is well maintained, the rooms are spacious, the pools are great, you get the beach towels and flip flops too, would have preferred if the pool was heated, since the weather was not the best. The breakfast was delicious and great choice, the staff extremely friendly and in the four days we stayed there we did not have anything negative to point out. Great stay and can only recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and think its one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The design and layout of the hotel is fantastic particularly the gardens with sunbeds tucked away - it was like a national trust garden in Italy! Fantastic setting right on the beach with a view of Nora. We ate in the restaurant once and the food and service was wonderful. All the staff were so friendly and clearly happy in their work. We would not hesitate to return or recommend.

a beautiful building, which was completely renovated, reopened in 2021, lovely garden and pool area, nice restaurant with terrace right at the beach, rooms rather small, but nice - the right place to relax and calm down
