The apartment was good for big family. Staff hotel was very friendly. The only thing is they need to upgrade the tv program. One of the main room tv was bad can't see on my first day arrived. Hotel tech come in the next day to fixed up.
The breakfast was superb and delicious.. they have jamu for us.. wow..

Superb breakfast buffet spread.
Rooms are large and relatively clean.
Though not close to any malls, taking GRAB or GOJEK is very easy!
I wish their hair dryer has higher voltage and please provide body lotion.

I booked the premier deluxe room which is located at the residence block. The room is big and clean. There is a balcony overlooking the city area. Breakfast has a wide variety of international and Indonesian cuisine. There is a rooftop bar and gym which are well-maintained. There is a small pool at the ground floor mainly for the kids. The hotel location is about 10 minutes drive ago from the shopping malls like grand batam and Nagoya hills. Nothing much around this area. We have to travel out for food and shopping. It’s ok cos grab is cheap here. Hotel staff are all friendly and polite.

Loved the service. The bellhops were so friendly. I especially enjoyed having a drink at the Peppermint Lounge. The drinks made by Abel were fantastic. Definitely will spend more time at the Lounge the next time I'm here.

It Was perfect and comfortable room.
All staff Was nice and friendly.
The breakfast Was awesome.
The last thing is i need to many thank for the
Organizer to ready what i request.
It Was so happy at me and my wife.
For me was very enjoy here and few day batam trip.
High recommendation the ASTON Group at BATAM.
YES.. 10/10 for me & my wife.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. However there was slight stinky smell coming from the aircon. The hotel provides towels but no bathrobes. The bathroom and the room was squeaky clean. We will consider staying in the same hotel again if we come back to Batam

The hotel is clean , comes with a sizable room with balcony, a lot of variety for breakfast. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Is a good place to come with family . They have yummy desserts .

Some bad odour coming from one of the bed's bedsheets and blanket, as well as the resting sofa. Dirty residue on the TV remote, saliva smell on the room telephone and poor soundproof system... Overall, the housekeeping service requires more improvements. But on the good side, hotel facilities were well-maintained, the breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of options and food was served in good quality.
