We were in town for a sports tournament. The hotel was within a walking distance from the sports center we were playing at so the location was convenient. About a 25 minute drive to the airport and 30 minutes to the city centre. We got some complimentary soft drinks but all the rooms didn’t have a fridge except one room so that was a negative on the amenities. Overall its a good hotel, comfortable beds, big beds in the 2 bed rooms, and the breakfast was decent.

The hotel was good. Staff is helpful and polite. Everything went smooth. Rooms were nice looking but it would be better if they'd put more attention to the cleaning. The only problem I had was there was a sound of running water kept coming in my room the whole night which made me so annoyed.

Stayed only for a night. It's newly done to replicate 80s America. Lots of pine. Slightly odd feel, inc the rooms, though spacious and comfortable. It's not central for those on the tourist trail. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It felt more like a room in a house, than a hotel. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. I would recommend a stay here.

The atmosphere of the castle in the rooms. I love there pillows especially and breakfast is on the top, love there cheese collection. Always stay only here in ningbo, there is no any place better, also the price is nice.

從整體上來説這個酒店很不錯的。房間乾淨衞生，舒適寬敞，下午會送小點心，就是酸奶和餅乾之類的。前台的服務人員態度也挺好的，有什麼需求可以直接跟他們提。我去的時候正好是夏天嘛，房間裏有蚊子，他們就給我送了花露水。餐廳的飯菜也好吃，晚上去吃夜宵的時候，如果人不多可以跟那個叔叔聊一下天，瞭解瞭解當地的民俗啊，飲食啊哈哈。

酒店裝修風格歐式，整體還算滿意，但是衞生情況有待加強。角落有蜘蛛網，床單有口紅漬，最主要問題是蚊子多，第一次住到有這麼多蚊子的酒店，帶了小孩住心理不舒服，當然跟白天開窗通風也有一定關係。蚊香液效果不佳，跟前台溝通問題，説換一種蚊香液但拿上來還是一樣的，希望再改善吧。
