Lần thứ 2 đến khách sạn này và dịch vụ rất tốt nhưng thắc mắc tại sao dầu gội/xà phòng/khăn giấy v.v. không được cung cấp đủ khi chúng tôi đặt phòng 2 phòng ngủ và 3 nhà vệ sinh cho 6 người và việc đặt phòng trước đó cũng xảy ra điều tương tự.

Rất gần ga tàu điện ngầm mới. Nhân viên tiếp tân thân thiện. Phải gọi dịch vụ phòng để lấy bàn chải đánh răng. Lựa chọn bữa sáng tự chọn phong nha với khu vực ăn uống rộng rãi. 5/5 chắc chắn sẽ trở lại.

Khách sạn rất tốt với một trải nghiệm tốt. Phòng lớn và sạch sẽ và view cũng tuyệt đẹp. Rất khuyến khích cho những người đến KL..location cũng rất chiến lược.

Đây là lần thứ 3 tôi ở khách sạn này. Căn phòng rộng và sạch sẽ. N*** bên cạnh ga tàu điện ngầm. Có một nơi trẻ em có thể chơi các trò chơi trên bàn tại sảnh. Tận hưởng ở lại đây.

My favorite hotel to stay at when I visit Kuala Lumpur for a short vacation is located very close to the KLCC Twin Towers, Suria KLCC, and the park. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very friendly. The bedroom was spacious and included a mini kitchen, a sofa, a dining table, and two TVs. The bathroom had a bathtub, but the wall tiles looked old and need replacement. Other than that, everything was good. Breakfast was great, with a lot of choices available. Parking is located in the basement, and guests can use Touch ‘n Go (TNG) for free.

The reception staff less than helpful. There was no information given about the hotel when checking in. No room service. The WiFi was extremely spotty and really only available in the hall way. Renovations were happening above our room and we were told just to accept it. No hotel information in the rooms. The rooms were large and very clean. The pillows uncomfortable. The breakfast excellent. This is a 3 star hotel only.

Always be my fav stay in KL with an easy access to anywhere. Located near KLCC and also next to train station. Looking forward for freshly baked croissant 🥐 with an amazing hospitality from their staff. Face upon busiest check in time and an error occurred with the system during the process but they managed professionally with an upgrade room. I am satisfied with the stay.

We had an excellent time at Perdana KLCC. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our suite on the 31st floor provided an amazing view of the city’s skyline, including one of the Petronas Towers. The hotel’s breakfast was spectacular. It was a first-rate experience all around.

Room was very clean and tidy. Booked a 2 room apartment and there's 3 toilets in total. Everything is okay but it would be better to install a smart TV in the rooms. We requested to have a washing machine in our room for laundry. It was inbuilt with a dryer too! But there's additional charges. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and had many choices! The staff on the front entrance helped us to carry our luggages/bags and opened the door when we reached 😄 Will book here again!

We had a very good stay over the long weekend. The rooms are spacious. The hotel location is great, easy access to LRT and MRT and walking distance to KLCC park. They also have a very good breakfast spread.

There are many plus points in this place. It is hard to believe that you will get such nice apartment closer to Petronas twin towers, which is walking distance. The Hotel is closer to all necessary transport system and walking distance to Ampang park metro station and Persiaran KLCC metro station. The Hotel is surrounded by wealthy, lush neighborhood and surprisingly just a walking distance to twin towers and many food stalls around that area. The bed was so comfy. The Breakfast was nice. You have everything as per your wish. English , Malay, Indian and many more varieties. I love their croissant. The staff was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend for even to family for stay. Price is so reasonable considering amount of facilities surrounded.
