Fantastic place. Breakfast is very good and pool is awesome on 18 floor. Staff very helpful and friendly. All the recommendations for this hotel.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the Howard Johnson IPC for its location and booked a classic queen bed sized room. Upon arrival very late in the evening my booking was not cancelled. My 2-night stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel.

If you’re not needing the downtown CBD area, then this hotel isn’t for you. It’s difficult to find due to one-way streets, and all the drivers had trouble finding the entrance, which was always filled with several parked cars making it more difficult for drivers to enter/exit. The views in the room are all of other buildings across the street. However, the worst part of my experience was when the hotel disabled the air conditioning in the room in the middle of the night. When I complained, I was moved to a larger room that was literally 1 degree cooler, and an electric fan was placed in the bedroom. But between 1 and 4am, the room was sweltering, as many hotels are in smaller cities around China. I understand local brands doing this to save money, but this is an international brand. When I complained the second time, an employee told me Chinese people don’t like to sleep with the air conditioning on. I know that’s not true. Finally, the buffet breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels of the same price/category. I won’t be returning.

My recent stay at the hotel I had previously enjoyed was disappointing due to the broken wardrobe doors that posed a safety risk. It is crucial for hotels to prioritize regular maintenance and address any issues promptly to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. By doing so, they can maintain their reputation as a reliable and comfortable accommodation option.

Business hotel

Great stay .. it was my birthday on 3rd of july so wanted somewhere close and Cousy to just chill and relax with my boyfriend.. notified the hotel, they gave me a cake and card 🎂🎊 it was the sweetest gesture.. the room was clean , Recommended it to friends

The breakfast was really good! The room was comfortable and the staff super friendly, which made the stay very enjoyable. Only the rooms are a bit dark and older.

套房的房間大，有客廳和卧室，兩個衞生間，落地窗，採光好，房間乾淨，裝修也很好，適合商務出差。早餐豐富。特別感謝前台的美女任巧，幫忙升級了套房。以後有機會帶孩子出遊也會選擇這家店。

五六年沒來住這家豪生，沒想到如此敗落。 1，游泳池從2月份開始在裝修？裝修？裝修成什麼樣要這麼久？我就不點破了吧。我就是為了泳池定了你家，結果過來一鼻子灰 2，早餐你們既然規定不能傳拖鞋。有個外籍穿着拖鞋翹着光腳丫子你們不管的對嗎？是英語不過關嗎？有圖1-2 3，地下車庫有嚴重腐臭味 4，最誇張的來了。當天有個和尚，挨個騷擾了連我在內的三四個客人。套路非常簡單，神祕兮兮的説，“你過一陣去我那一下，有話對你説”15樓的一位北方客户在電梯裏我們溝通了，他也被莫名其妙叫過去5分鐘洗腦（圖四）。這個你們難管可以，至少可以提出警告吧？有嗎？途中又是一個女的被騙過去了。 5，你們可能有客服4.1日打了我兩個電話，第一個我掛了，第二個我説我開會，過五分鐘後打來。結果沒然後了。其實我不需要你們電話聯繫我，做好你們該做的。 6，早餐也令人吃驚的失望。
