Not bad of a hotel but would definitely expect better front desk service.

Nicholas & Lea couldn't do enough for me from prior to my arrival to the day after i left kindly letting me leave my lugage. I cannot empathize their customer service enough they were perfect 🩵!!! Hotel was stunning & querky loved it! Even made my birthday special. Thanks beautiful humans :)

Lovely hotel , great location , felt safe . Friendly, helpful staff , Saber behind the bar , was an excellent host , we stayed all evening instead of going out listening to the live singer . Reception staff , very helpful .Hotel very clean , helpful water station in the hallway of our floor .

Very nice hotel, good location and spacious rooms. Reception and customer service was bad. Its a pity for sucha a nice hotel to have people who cannot make reccomendations and some times were almost rude to us. Is is very close to most attraction with nice restaurants very close.

We just stayed at Pam hotel for a week and it was brilliant! I don’t understand the bad reviews. Our room was spacious and had a large walk-in wardrobe area (room 406). The hotel has good AC and it’s only a 5 min walk from the port and trams/buses into town. Alternatively, you can walk into the old town in about ten minutes. I hate walking and if I can do it anyone can! The decor is really lovely, especially in the foyer and bar. The branding is consistent and striking. All the staff are extremely friendly and gave us some great recommendations including the hotel amour beach club. Special mention to saber who was chatty and informative. Check-out isn’t until midday and they have a secure storage area you can leave your bags in if leaving Nice later. Pam hotel is excellent value for money. Thank you for a great stay :)

We booked 2 tripple room, the rooms were small, we had 3 people in one room and there was hardly any place to move, beds were comfortable, breakfast was below average with not much options, good air condition, very good location with walking distance to the port, castle hill, beaches, plenty of good restaurants around, very nice and helpful staff, not the best Wifi, we get logged out frequently and we have to keep logging in With hotel ratings of 4 star, they need to add more space for the tripple room, also have a better breakfast

All the things you look for in a good hotel are here at the Nice Pam Hotel. From the airport the tram Line 1 to Lympia (the port) means there is only an 11 or 12 minute walk to the hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming and deal with any requests quickly and with a smile. There are seats in the reception area. The bar/breakfast room has a good vibe and the choices on offer both at breakfast and behind the bar are very good - although the hot food at breakfast would benefit from the hot plate being turned up. The air conditioning in the bar necessitated a jumper! The hotel offers food during the evening. Our room (400) was a superior room with a coffee machine, a fridge, a kettle and large TV (no English channels). Although the hotel is situated at a crossroads the double glazing was very effective at keeping out the traffic noise although the roads were very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and there was air conditioning. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was excellent. Soap and shower gel were provided. A cold water dispenser was available on each landing and a bottle provided in the room. The hotel is in a vibrant area and is not far from Garibaldi - a lively square with many restaurants. However, taking a short walk in most directions will provide a choice of bars and cafes. There is a brasserie directly opposite the hotel but the opening hours seemed a little erratic. We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 night stay at the Nice Pam Hotel and would gladly return. Please contact me for help with transport, sight-seeing, etc.

Decent hotel in a good location. Good breakfast. WiFi is very poor, though. There was a mix up with our room with the terrace room not being available but they resolved the issue satisfactorily. Air con wasn't overly cold given how warm it was.

A simple hotel for an overnight stay. Not too far from tramway. Pleasant staff. Clean and comfortable room with bath and shower. The breakfast was adequate although there was nothing cooked. No yogurt, no fresh fruit. There is no bar open and no evening meal or snacks. It is quite a walk to the old town or the seafront.
