Absolutely Avoid – Disgusting Food and Overpriced Stay Just landed in Amman after a long flight en route to Petra. Chose this hotel because it’s close to the airport, thinking it would be a convenient place to crash before the long journey ahead. Big mistake. Starving, we went to the hotel restaurant by reception and ordered a mixed grill and a Coke with ice. It took 45 minutes to arrive. What showed up was an inedible, rubbery, clearly microwaved plate of chicken and lamb. The lamb chop was tough, the chicken rubbery—just totally disgusting. The Coke? Never arrived. We’d already paid: 15 JOD for the grill and 3 JOD for the Coke we never got. Too exhausted to argue, we gave up and headed to our room. The bed? Only vaguely comfortable if you lay in the very center. Lumpy and tired, like the whole experience. This hotel is absolutely not worth what we paid. Gym - dirty and dusty Pool, no sun beds. Service: what service ? Never again. Don’t waste your time or money here. Tomorrow, we’re off to Petra—and thankfully, out of this place.

I never recommend this hotel unless you need to stay near Amman airport. Only benefit of this hotel is location. Staffs are not kind, no smile. There are lots of stain on room and bathroom. My son was shocked there was stain which is looked like blood. Also hotel only gave one towel and there is no hotel extension number list. So went to front desk for towel and clerk told me to call customer service. This hotel is very expensive, but room and service qualitry were pretty bad. I will never use this hotel again. Horrible experience.
