I stayed at Hotel Indigo Financial District during a recent trip to New York, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall quiet atmosphere allowed for restful sleep. One of the best aspects was the location. Situated in the heart of the Financial District, the hotel is within walking distance of key landmarks, public transportation, and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. It made getting around the city easy and enjoyable. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that, but everything else—from the room quality to the service—was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to New York and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Location was superb But service needs to improved when you need something you have to follow up twice or even thrice, maybe hotel too busy I suppose Room was clean Not sure why we dont have water bottles everyday?

Normal IHG hotel. Close to the spiderman church, close to world trade memorial and rector station. From the price you shouldn't expected that much

The hotel location is very good at financial district. Can easy to walk to Charging Bull, Wall street, 911, the capsule. However, with this price there’s no breakfast or welcome drinks or water.

The room was really good, perfect fit for 2 people and medium luggage. Proper amenities inside the room including coffee machine. The bathroom quite big and well separated wet and dry area. The location is 20-100 m to all subway lines, very convenience for visit most attractions.

The hotel room was clean and the location of the hotel was very convenient being close to wall st and wtc. The view outside the window is great especially on a higher floor. Check-in was fast and painless.
