Had a good enough rate and now I know why...was put in a room with a broken bed and almost broke my ankle due to a protruding piece of metal by the bed. Upion mentioning it to the front desk, I was just put in another room, which seemed to have had better maintenance. The rooms are basic, with a bad TV, dated bathroom. Microwave is by the front desk. The only plus about this hotel is the proximity to the airport if you are traveling and the shuttle service to the airport during the day.

Friendly and helpfull staff, free jfk shuttle service. Shame about the run-down motel, so much potential but overall to be avoided, sorry.

My stay was very nice with this hotel. Room was big and clean. WiFi connection was good. The best thing was .. it’s very close to jfk airport and they have shuttle service in free of cost. Stuffs behavior was nice. I recommended this hotel .. if you guys plan to visit .. try this hotel.

Comfortable stay…near the airport….packed lunch provided…overall liked the place…would stay here again. The staff was very welcoming and helped us with our needs. There is a Berger king about 5min walking distance.

I had an amazing stay at the super 8. The room was excellent, the front desk was very courteous, was eager to help every way possible. Very close to the airport so if you early morning or late night, it is very convenient. Amazing staff. I would love to stay here again.

Booked 2 rooms for a family road trip. Website mentioned the cost is including breakfast, we got breakfast in a paper bag, containing a juice box, a banana, a piece of snack and an apple. No microwave in the room, coffee machine didn’t work, lots of bugs all over the floor

Hotel muito sujo, elevador caindo aos pedaços. Não foram me buscar no aeroporto. Café da manhã é um saco com uma fruta, um suco e uma barra de cereal. Tem opções melhores em volta do aeroporto. Não recomendo.

El personal es súper amable, por su cercanía al aeropuerto es ideal para pasar la noche cuando hay que tomar un vuelo temprano o se llega tarde a la noche. Al llegar me cambiaron a una habitación superior sin costo la cual era enorme y con una cama súper cómoda, en la mañana si bien no iba al aeropuerto me llevaron igual a la estación de Jamaica y me explicaron cómo podía ir a manhatan extremadamente serviciales.

We stayed at Super8 motel after a long trip from Norway. Liked clean room, comfortable bed, refrigerator. Did buy some food and beverages at the grocery store which is located within short walking distance. We got a good service for good price. Shuttle bus from/to JFK is free, but is not provided at night time. Strongly recommend.

Free shuttle service to/from JFK, short drive. The negative is that you need to use your cellphone to call for the shuttle as they're not in the "call for free" directory at the Federal Circut. Friendly and helpfull staff. Overall good experience.

My flight was canceled, so I booked this place for one night because it’s close to JFK. It was horrible experience ! This Place is extremely run down, dirty, I was horrified to get into the bed - the sheets were brown. Couldn’t wait for the morning to get out of there. Staff was nice and helpful. Feel bad that they have to stay there every day…

Hotel che svolge il suo ruolo dì supporto quando si ha una notte dì scalo a jfk. Non certo un hotel dì lusso ma pulito, bagno con asciugamani, lenzuola pulite. Non ci saremmo stati più dì una notte, però molto comodo all’aeroporto! Non si può raggiungere a piedi ma sono 10 minuti dì auto. Direi assolutamente nelle aspettative!!

The room was dirty, smelled really bad. We tried to take a shower but we couldn’t because the water came out black and smelled really bad. We wouldn’t stayed in a super 8 in our lives. Worst experience ever!!
