It was a wonderful stay at their place. Cozy and comfortable and just what we needed as family, our stay was relaxing and they have complete kitchen utensils to use.

Clean facilities and convenience locations, good budget accommodation for a family with children for a short stay

De ontvangst was eenvoudig maar persoonlijk en prettig. De kamers beetje gehorig. Ligt in buitengebied dat goed toegankelijk is. Do not forget to buy anti repellent against sand flies. They sell that also at the reception.

We had a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend the campground which is disappointing as we'd previously had good experiences here. We rang earlier on the day of arrival as we would be checking in after hours. The booking was for 6 people and on the call they asked if we'd like the pull out bed made up. We said no, but leave the sheets etc and we can do it when we arrive. We arrived at 9pm to no extra sheets, duvets or pillows to make up the pull out bed. On pressing the after hours call button, the French gentleman who answered rudely told us it was after hours and what did we expect him to do about it....ummm provide the number of beds we'd paid for would be a good start! We pulled the couch out to find blood over the mattress. A lovely lady turned up about 15 mins later with some sheets, but we had to ask again for a mattress protector, blankets and pillows. The rest of the stay was OK. After leaving my son lost his retainer and we called to see if it had been found. Again, the French gentleman answered the phone, "I'm busy with guests, I'll call you back", no basic customer service skills and no return phone call. We called back two hours later to be told the cleaner had gone home and they would check and let us know. Unsurprisingly we've never had a phone call.

No security which led to another guest leaving his car (aperantally a self-sufficient camper) run all night next to us. Worst sleep on our 5 week NZ trip.

Overall happy, will be happier when the ablution renovations are finished and not using the on site portable facilities. Which weren't horrible, but just not the same?

We were traveling around the south Island for 2 weeks and stayed here for 2 nights. Not the largest park we've stayed in, but clean and tidy and suited our needs. Overall lovely experience with friendly and helpful staff.

Gravelled site so clean to get in and out of motorhome. Wifi included with price. Dump station shared between 2 sites.

Rooms were tidy and clean you get what you pay for comfy beds for the family nice communal kitchen and BBQ are would go there again

Ok no that you are making me write an essay I feel like taking more points off. I left school for a reason... nice budget accommodation but I would fix the shower curtain situation in the motel rooms

Excellent, clean and tidy facilities, friendly helpful staff, which provide for a great few days at this venue.
