Good.

Отель находится в живописном месте с прекрасным видом на горы. До отеля подниматься по серпантину. Жили в конце марта, снега уже не было, только на склонах, где катаются лыжники и сноубордисты. Персонал вежливый, заселили быстро, есть парковка. Номер просторный, чистый, есть полотенца для душа и для бассейна отдельно, завтрак шведский стол. Единственный минус, было довольно прохладно, кондиционер на тепло можно было выставить максимум на +18. После звонка на ресепшн настроили на +25, но через некоторое время снова максимум был только +18

Hotel molto bello. Location perfetta con vista sulle montagne. Servizi efficaci, cura nei dettagli. Pulizia ottima. Il cibo del ristorante non è dei migliori, mentre il buffet della colazione molto ricco e abbondante. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Spa molto bella, luogo rilassante, anche se l’acqua della piscina era un po’ fredda. Nel complesso molto consigliato.

Bellissimo il panorama, difficile da raggiungere ma ne vale la pena. Staff molto professionale

beautifull wiev from room also from swimmingpool and quiet room. Halfpension- breakfast and 4 courses dinner- was suprising wery good. Sauna and swimmingpool was wery enjoyable even bit "family" size. Result: wery good service for "not extended" price. We did enjoy ewerything

We, a family of five, stayed one night. Lovely hotel, amazing views, nice pool area and clean spacious room. Dining menu a bit limited but they had what we were looking for. We would definitely come back another time, can highly recommend this place for families.

Hotel MonteBondone resort fantastico!!! Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera quadrupla panoramica, molto bella. Si mangia molto bene. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, tutti molto simpatici. Tutti i servizi buoni e soddisfacenti. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Il panorama è mozzafiato.

We are a family of four from the USA. The staff at the resort is both friendly and hardworking. We particularly enjoyed the bi-level rooms, which expanded our living space and afforded our family some privacy. The breakfast offered an appealing mix of hot and cold options, featuring an array of fresh-baked goods that we appreciated. The resort boasts a separate cafe serving food, a choice that suited our children well. The spa and pool facilities were also excellent, provided the hotel was not at full capacity; when fully booked, these areas tended to become crowded. The one aspect of the resort that could see improvement is its dinner food options at the restaurant. While the food was fresh, we found it somewhat bland. We understand that the flavors of Northern Italian cuisine differ significantly from those of Central and Southern Italy, but a bit more seasoning could enhance the dining experience.

This hotel could easily reach a 5 star rating. The views are amazing and majority of the staff provide great customer service with an amazing lady on reception, barman and the one serving coffees was also a welcomed sight in the morning. The hotel itself is near a lift with great access to the snow and the hotel has a spa, ski equipment room, games room and parking. Together with dining this was all the reasons for booking this hotel. The downside to the hotel is a lack of flexibility by certain staff members, some of the basics in the room, the restaurant and breakfast. The restaurant appears to lack an understanding of the customer or leader that is able to deliver a product and experience. This is a great pity as the setting is fantastic but food, choice and organisation needs a lot of attention. They have the staff but not the leadership required to set standards and the service. Note that if you don’t get a booking they often won’t accept you in the restaurant this is not down to being full it’s more related to how things are organised and the lack of flexibility. Please also note that the hotel is promoting sustainability which I fully support however using this as an excuse for not providing glasses in rooms and decent shampoo, conditioner and soap is acceptable and a basic need. We stayed 7 days and asked about obtaining these products and was told to buy them from the supermarket in Trento by reception. The paper cups fell apart after 3 days and not replaced!!

Lovely mountain hotel where I went for the weekend. The room was spacious and nicely furnitured, natural materials. The view from my balkony was amazing. In the restaurant and bar excellent service and food / drink choices. The Wellness area was nice with a sauna and pool (inside, connected with outside including whirlpool) and places to rest and enjoy the view to the mountains.

We had a nice stay and a beautiful view. The people of the hotel were very friendly. My wife had some trouble with her teeth ,and the lady of the reception helped us very good. They also helped us very good to find a beautiful trip to the Dolomites. The breakfast was OK and the dinner changed every day. The room was good except for the shower. The pressure was to low. The swimmingpool was OK and the wellness simple but OK. But You have to be sure to wear swimmingcloths 😄 PS It is a long drive upstairs to the hotel (1250 m and a 18 km long) But it ‘s worth it!
