Casa Pacifico Napoli

The hotel overbooks and doesn't care. We arrived at the reception and were told that the hotel was full, despite our reservation. The staff refused to help us and the owner was very rude. Basically, they told us to fend for ourselves and go elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs.

We stayed here for 1 night in April, from the outside you feel like you’re in old Napoli with the 500 yr old door opening up to a big courtyard and a tiny European lift, once inside the rooms are spacious and modern, high ceilings, very quiet and super comfortable beds, a lovely Italian breakfast is served in your room and you have your own espresso machine. Our host Daniele was so warm friendly and helpful, location is good, we walked from Garibaldi Centrale, would definitely stay here again.

This very modern room had so many lovely extras and a snip of a price for the night, perfect for one night before an early flight home from Naples. The receptionist was very friendly and informative. Nothing was too much effort. The shower had so many options with rain shower and jets from the wall with flashy lights. Continental breakfast was left for us to take from room as departing before breakfast timing. Totally recommended

Great view from our room. Danielle was very helpful, during our stay he gave us lots of recommendations via Whatsapp. There is free wifi, the room was spotless, the location is within walking distance to the best restaurants in Naples and the shower was amazing. Great value for the price we paid.

Unfortunately, I lost my room key during my stay and let him know at 2pm. He got me a replacement key and said I will owe $40 which I agreed to pay. He waited until 10:30pm while my wife and I were asleep to call me 4 times after he knew my wife and I were leaving for the airport at 4am, yelled and demanded I pay him for losing the room key. I assured him I would pay him the following day but since I did not have cash to leave and did not know how to do a bank transfer, he said he would show up at 11pm to knock on my door and demand payment. He was very aggressive about it as well, saying it was my fault and I’m the reason we had to deal with it at 11pm. I agreed it was my fault but that it didn’t have to be dealt with when we were trying to sleep. It made my wife feel very uncomfortable. I have never been treated so unprofessionally anywhere I have stayed. I definitely will never stay here again and will not suggest it to anyone.

The entire building is covered in scaffolding as they are renovating an old building. The hotel is on the 4th floor and they should have signage to help find it. Even our taxi driver had issues figuring it out. We had to take an exterior service elevator to get to the 4th floor... it was tiny with bi-fold and a funny experience. The entry to the building is not nice and there are cars parked inside the entryway and it is kind of dirty. However, once you get to the hotel level, everything is brand new and very nice and modern. We had a small balcony overlooking an old cathedral and the shower was very nice with a full vertical sprayer and rainbow lights. Funny! I loved the full length mirror in the room and the small bistro table. There is a fully stocked mini fridge with low priced items for convenience. The staff was very kind and attentive. We had an early flight so they brought us some breakfast items the night before so we did not miss out. The area around the hotel is not great, but we walked to find restaurants and shopping...and gelato! I'm sure once the exterior construction is complete it will be even better.
