Clean hotel and great location. The room is new as recently renovated. The only bad thing is that the aircon is not adjustable. Overall still recommended.

Good hotel just few steps from metro line 14. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

The only reason to stay at Novotel Bercy is the price. The location is not very good, it is not very central and the area around the hotel does not seem to safe. The check-in was slow. I think they gave me a bad room near the elevator since i booked through C-Trip, a Chinese app. The rooms are not soundproofed, so with i arrived i heard a baby crying next door until midnight. After that the people in the room above mine were often very noisy, it sounded like they were often moving furniture, even at 5am. But the rooms have carpet! So i can't understand the loud sounds. Very bothersome.They don't provide normal pillows, only very short or square pillows. The cleanliness is below average, as i found long hair in the shower. The shower is tiny, and they also have a bathtub which I would never use. The room size for Paris is ok, not bad.The TV is not bad too.

This hotel is more suitable for business travel.

早餐非常好，吃的慣西餐的朋友可以大飽口福的。也靠近地鐵站，但14號線在維修，得坐6號線繞，或者走這點到里昂地鐵站。

部屋が広くてキレイでした。バストイレ別でバスタブもあったので快適に過ごすことができました。 スタッフの方も親切でアクセスも良く、初めてのひとり旅でしたが、安心して滞在できました。 朝食もとてもおいしかったです。

坐火車中轉停留，離火車站很近，但是路對推着大行李箱走很不友好！

We stayed here for 1 night. The breakfast was good & the room was clean and functional. Disliked that the bathroom doors didn’t meet & had a big gap so there was a lack of privacy. There was also no room service available.

Was very easy to access via metro, area felt safe and there were several dining options around. Hotel bar was great option at the end of a very busy day. Room was clean and front desk was helpful.

An Excellent family get away. May not be closing up for some. To the city center, breakfast is a little bit expensive. Don't bother, there's plenty of cafes just outside.
