Simple and basic B&B. No dental kit provided, can be purchased from the front desk. The location is okay, did not feel unsafe. Police and military presence even at 11pm+.

Hotel room is big and clean. I like the accessibility of the location. Close to train stations, bus terminal and many choices of food to choose from. Take note the toiletries are not provided. However it can be purchased from the concierge. Francesco the reception is very helpful. Good recommendation of places to go for my first day in Naples!

Great hotel, clean and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, making my stay even more enjoyable. The view from balcony was amazing. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions and dining. Overall, it was an excellent experience that I would gladly recommend to others.

Central location short walk from train station. Lovely roof top terrace with amazing views. Downside was stairs to get to lift when you have big bags. Room was very spacious and looked clean but bathroom had an awful smell. No fridge in room for drinks.

A closet-sized room and a shower that required Tetris-style skills to manage, but clean and neat and convenient.

The staff at reception and in breakfast lounge was very friendly. The breakfast was superb with many options. The Internet was fast. The hotel location is near the bus and train station and a few steps to the bus stop to the airport.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and closed to the main station. The room was fair and quite clean, can’t complain for a quick stay of a night or two. But it’s pretty small without any facilities and amenities, there are no teethbrush, toothpaste, fridge, flip flops, bottle water, kettle, tissues. Not convenient for tourists and not up to the standard of a normal hotel in Asia lol

B&B Hotel Napoli is very close to Napoli Centrale. The room is clean and spacious.

Everything is perfect hotel. My wife and I stayed for 2 days. The hotel is located in the city center, so it is easy to access the main landmarks. The hotel staff was friendly enough and always happy to meet our needs. The room was not too small for the two of us and was clean.

Hotel is near central station and pick up area for day tour. Friendly staff

Location is great for people who wants to stay near station. The hotel is next to a main road and tram line which makes it quite noisy sometimes. There's a little smell of old building in the overall establishment.

This location is a big fat NO. I felt safe inside the hotel and the service was so lovely. However, take a step outside the hotel and it’s the unsafest I’ve felt my entire trip. I’m sorry to put this in the hotel review. However, I MUST warn other solo female travellers. Stay safe!
