Wonderful staff who are eager to help and greeted us with a warm welcome. Large spacious suite. Feels more like an air bnb than a hotel as it is housed in an old mansion that was converted into an apartment building. The common spaces of the building are very run down and dreary. The biggest problem with the hotel is it overly scented, including the rooms. If you have environmental sensitivities, this is not the place for you. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the historic district which is in a state of rapid decline. We last visited the district five years ago and we were shocked by how it has changed - garbage everywhere, buildings crumbling, stench of urine and worse.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for 4 nights. Our room was lovely, exceptionally clean with very comfortable beds. It's in an excellent location, right in the heart old the old town, easy to reach from the metro, and yet it was very quiet. Although they don't offer breakfast, we were given some vouchers for breakfast nearby and there was some French toast, jam, tea, coffee, kettle and fridge in the room. They also replenished shampoos etc. daily. The hosts were lovely and friendly and gave us good suggestions for restaurants. I'd love to stay here again!

Don’t let the outside fool you! This is a hidden gem, and the area has so much character. The staff was so welcoming and the facility is amazing! Definitely recommend and will probably stay again

Very nice hotel, the outside if the hotel is a bit rough but really cool and inside is so beautiful. Our room was great. The only problem for us with a small child was the lack of an elevator. There is an elevator but it cost 10 cent for every use and it doesn’t work as it’s supposed to (not hostenos fault).
That’s the only thing we found a bit annoying. The neighborhood was great with good second hand and nice restaurants. Perfect for couples young and old.

Een verborgen parel in het hartje van il centro storico. Heel rustig, heel netjes, smaakvol en praktisch ingericht. Supermatras voor ruglijders! Heel vriendelijke mensen. Betaalbaar. Gewoon top en een absolute aanrader voor wie wil proeven van hartje oude Napels.Grazie mille Barbara e Pierpaolo.

Ottima struttura per posizione e ricercatezza dello stile. Gentilissimo il proprietario, Pierpaolo, disponibile ed attento. Vicinissima ai luoghi di maggiore interesse. Siamo state molto comode nonostante la nostra non più giovane età. La consigliamo. Le signore Iacovazzi

Il contrasto dell'esterno con l'inerno ci ha lasciato piacevolmente stupite. Ambiente storico, elegante, arredato con gusto e molto pulito. Barbara, che ci ha accolte, è stata davvero disponibile nel darci informazioni utilissime per visitare Napoli. La posizione è tra le migliori per visitare tutto il centro storico a piedi.

Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un excellent accueil, et ce malgré les circonstances compliquées liées à notre voyage... Un grand merci pour votre aide ainsi que votre gentillesse ! Le lieu et très charmant, authentique et bien entretenu. Bon emplacement. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons si nous en avons l'occasion.
