We stayed here for 5 nights at the start of June 2025. We were given precise directions from our hosts from Naples Central train station as to how to get to the accomodation via bus and walking as we wanted to save $$ and not taxi it there. We arrived a little hot as we hadn’t realised that most of that walk (once off the bus) was uphill even though the distance wasn’t far, pulling suitcases that were packed for a 3 &1/2 week trip was an effort. We were welcomed with a smile and warm greetings (ever so slightly broken English as the Guest House hosts are Italian and while some English was understood, some things we asked were not) but such lovely lovely people…The guest house is tucked away at the back corner of the building, as it is part of an Embassy (Dominican Republic and Sierra Leone) so we felt quite safe as there was a guard on the entry gates 24/7, not that we ever felt unsafe moving around Naples. Our room had nice high ceilings, an air conditioner (that maybe could have been better positioned) and windows that opened. It was cleaned and bed made every day with a change of towels as well, even some clothes were hung that were draped over a chair when we returned back on one day. 😊 The location had great access to the waterfront restaurants, a couple of buses and not far from two Metro stops, one being quite upmarket. It was also located near a fabulous lookout, accessed via a lift (at a fee). We walked most places, as St Lucia has access to the Spanish Quarter and most of the places you would want to see and while we didn’t have a view, we were close to the water and promenade.

Lovely guest house, spotless with lots of little extra touches. Very peaceful. Short walk to the promenade. Easy walking distance to shops and port for ferry etc. Breakfast is provided in a cafe a short walk away. Massimo and Angela, the owners, are very friendly and helpful, providing information on eating out, trips, transport. Overall a very enjoyable stay and the owners are lovely. I would highly recommend this guest house.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa guest house per un weekend in famiglia. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile ed accogliente e ci ha fornito molte informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. Le camere sono pulitissime e arredate con molto gusto. Il bagno è spazioso e dotato dei prodotti necessari. La posizione è strategica, vicinissima al lungomare e anche comoda per raggiungere il centro. Non eccezionale la colazione presso il bar convenzionato (soprattutto per la scarsa cortesia dei camerieri) ma è stato comunque un piacevolissimo soggiorno!

Accoglienza e disponibilità di Massimo e Angela notevoli Camere molto carine di design,posto strategico a pochi metri da locali e da un lungomare fantastico e così molto vicino il centro con le vie più famose...Colazione ottima Senza dubbio da ritornare

Tutto perfetto! ottima accoglienza con attenzione alle nostre esigenze, camera molto confortevole e pulita con cambio asciugamani quotidiano... abbiamo avuto la sensazione di esserci sempre stati, un po' come a casa nostra. Aggiungo anche che la posizione e strategica e centrale per poter girare tutta Napoli. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della scelta e ringraziamo la proprietaria che ci ha avvolto di gentilezze.

Ottima location. Pulita. Servizio top. Cura del cliente perfetta e veramente apprezzata. Complimenti per la struttura, piccolina ma con tutto. Ottima posizione, vicina al centro e vicina al mare. Grazie di cuore. Ci rivedremo presto..

Camere belle, pulite e spaziose con bagno fornito di ogni prodotto per l’igiene personale (shampoo, bagno schiuma, igiene intima…). Location: situata a 2 passi dal lungo mare e da piazza del plebiscito. Una menzione particolare va fatta a Massimo e a sua moglie Angela, che ci hanno accolto con calore alle h 21, senza aver prenotato. Altra nota positiva è stata l’accoglienza per il nostro cane super coccolato e viziato. Struttura consigliatissima.

Une chambre impeccable si ce n’est que la nôtre était sombre avec fenêtre grillagée donnant sur une cour. Literie excellente et salle de douche neuve. Climatisation très bien dosée. Mini-bar avec bouteille d’eau gratuite maintenue au frais. Et le quartier est super, tout près du bord de mer, avec des tas de restaurants et bars autour. Le petit déjeuner est inclus mais il faut aller le prendre un peu plus loin, rue Santa Lucia, dans un café sympathique. Il se limite à une boisson chaude, une autre froide et un croissant.

Questa struttura oltre a presentare ambienti puliti spaziosi e dotati di ogni comfort ha un cuore.Massimo accoglie i clienti con sorriso gentilezza e preziosi consigli che rendono il soggiorno a Napoli un esperienza unica.Se cercate un posto vicino al mare, non lontano dalla città e che sicuramente non deluderà le Vostre aspettative la Corte di Partenope è davvero l’ideale.Grazie davvero a Massimo e a tutto lo staff per aver accolto tutte le Nostre richieste e necessità torneremo sicuramente!
