The staff is friendly and the room where I was assigned was clean. The downside is it’s far from Paris center although the hotel is 110m away from the metro station going to Paris.

Excellent location very close to metro. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast offering far superior to the UK and Ireland. Overall a very pleasant stay with engaging staff.

Pues todo había ido muy bien menos el día de regreso, el 8 de abril del 2024 sobre las 9:00-9:30, que pedimos en recepción que nos llamaran un taxi para las 10:15 para ir al aeropuerto. El taxi que habíamos cogido el día que llegamos al aeropuerto nos costo unos 57 euros hasta el hotel, pues este taxi para ir al aeropuerto resulto no ser un taxi sino un uber y nos cobró 75 euros. Culpamos de esto a la persona de la recepción que primero no nos pidió un taxi sino un urbe sin consultarnos y la conclusión que estaban compinchados. Nos gustaría que este comentario llegara al Hotel. La estancia en el hotel fue del día 5 al 8 de abril reservamos dos habitaciones con DNO (709-712)

Hotel liegt etwas weiter außerhalb als gedacht (38 Minuten mit der Metro). Jedoch direkt in Metro Nähe, welche jede 4 Minuten fährt. Hotel hat alles was man benötigt um gut übernachten zu können. Das Bad war etwas schmutzig. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Très bel accueil, personnel serviable, petit déjeuner 10/10, excellent. Chambre agréable, un peu bruyante au 1er étage. Literie impeccable. Salle de bains à rafraîchir.

If we had an amenity, I wasn’t aware of it. The bathroom / toilet, reminiscent of Second World War Japanese facility, was just plain dangerous. It was comforted by the 40 degree ambient hallway temperatures, and tony room without functioning air conditioning. The solo clerk at reception needed to be awaken from his exterior smoking stupor to deny you a pot of hot water lest you bring him one - read amenities above. Dreadful but set amongst a suburb of less than quantitative benefit.

this hotel was everything I could ask for. It is in a nice area, close to train/metro. the breakfast was amazing. helpful staff with my limited French they understood and helped me. Near a lot of good places to eat and overall, a really nice area.

Great location near the metro station and plenty of restaurants and shops around, albeit somewhat far from the city centre. Excellent staff. Rooms were clean, soundproofed, and comfortable, and a little small.

Staff is mostly friendly, hotel close to Metro Mairie de Montreuil, Good room, good bed, good shower. However there was a big brown stain in the sheet. Also I ordered Fast/online checkout, but staff did not seem to know how this worked and insisted I checked out formally with them and payed for my bar expenses (while Accor had already sent me the bill to charge my credit card). So time saving did not work. However, I expect this to be clearer next time and will come back.

Het is een eenvoudig hotel de kamers zijn klein maar goed de bar vind ik ongezellig en de keuze van dranken is klein het ontbijt is ook ondermaats ik heb meermalen de vrouw die het ontbijt regelt moeten zeggen dat er s sinaasappels in de persmachine zaten met shimmel op het brood was ook niet altijd vers en de poetsvrouw die de kamers deed op ons verdiep is erg bot en onvriendelijk

Chambre supérieure au 7eme et refaite tellement laide, déco minable, chambre microscopique sans aucun rangement, porte de douche fait 15cm de large c'est nullissime. Si le p'tit déj est aussi naze faut réincarner feu le créateur d'accor Paul Dubrulle pour qu'il revienne mettre de l'ordre ici, c'est pire qu'un ibis budget, c'est dire. Je regrette d'avoir réservé 4 nuits.
