En fait le seul problème c'est que les travaux de rénovation n'étaient pas mentionnés au préalable

Très déçue de cette réservation, j’ai réservé exprès cet hôtel car il y’avait la piscine et malheureusement elle était en arrêt technique nettoyage durant la période où je séjournait 😔 Payer une prestation que l’on a pas, cela fait cher 🤨

I thought this hotel was fabulous. The breakfast choices were vast, and the pool was spacious and a perfect temperature. The rooms were clean, but they were a bit small, kids even got a free teddy when signing in! It had very nice surroundings and had lots of nature! I would highly suggest coming!

The hotel itself was very good, with the pool being quite big, clean and warm, the breakfast buffet was decent though there were a few problems like bad scrambled egg quality and complex coffee machines but beyond that it was lovely. The lobby and guest facilities were all clean and nice, aswell as the room, which, despite being rather small, was not unpleasant. The toilet is in a different room to the shower and doesn't have a lock which is a bit displeasing so I would advise to consider this when booking. As for the location, as far as we discovered in our 1 night stay, it was not amazingly located, as it was 10km from the beach that we went to which seemed to be the main one in Montpellier. It was also about a 20 minute drive from a retail park with a amazing aquarium that we visited along with multiple restaurants and other food establishments, a large IKEA, Decathlon and Casino. This hotel was probably the best that we stayed at out of 4 and I would recommend it for families and couples.

We have stayed at the Novotel in Montpellier many times, normally en route to Spain. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city and can be easily accessed from the autoroute. Garcia Lorca tram station is a short walk away and the tram stops right in heart of the vibrant and lively city centre. The room wasn’t anything fancy but was very clean and comfortable. The bar and reception areas have been refurbished the staff were very welcoming and helpful. During our stay, we had to move rooms due to a leak from the air-conditioning unit, this was dealt with efficiently and without drama. The car park is secure with ample spaces.

An extremely modern hotel, with free parking, a bar, restaurant which serves good breakfast with a good choice of food for dinner. The hotel room was spacious, had AC/Heating controls inside of the room and had a mini fridge, along with tea/coffee making facilities.

Misleading photographs, friendly staff, functional rooms, crowded pool. Ample parking. Okay for a budget overnight stay. Didnt eat anything at the hotel, had a reasonable ice cream at the bar which had zero ambience.

Hotel facilities is worn down. Fridge not working. Air conditioning cannot go below 25 degrees Celsius. I asked if they could fix it and they did nothing.the room can't go dark because there is a very bright lamp just outside the room and there is holes in the blackout curtain. Nice reception and a good pool but that's is about it.

The hotel is dingy and dated, stains all over the carpet in the main entryway and at first glance, if it would have been possible, we would have changed hotels. There was a funny announcement at the check in desk, asking for patrons to be patient and kind with the staff as they appeared to be missing personnel. The man who checked us in was nice. The room was not. The air-conditioner would not cool the room and we had a sleepless, frustrating night roasting in our bed. The furnishings in the room mirrored that of the hotel..depressing, worn out, and in need of updating. There was ONE PLUG in the entire room. I was not even going to write this review because it is clear that this hotel has been left behind - it did not look or feel like the other NOVATELs we’ve stayed at. The entire property including the exterior of the building needs care and a ‘relooking.’ THIS REVIEW IS BEING WRITTEN BECAUSE THE RESTAURANT IS EXCEPTIONAL. OUR MEAL, INCLUDING A WONDERFUL LOCAL BOTTLE OF WINE, RECOMMENDED BY OUR SERVER PUMARINO RUBEN, WAS DELIGHTFUL. OUR TIME SPENT WITH HIM WAS FUN AND ENJOYABLE. THANK YOU MR. RUBEN FOR YOUR GRACIOUS HOSPITALITY AND FOR SHARING YOUR LOCAL KNOWLEDGE WITH US. OUR DINNER WAS THE BEST PART OF OUR STAY!

We stayed here for one night as a stopover until we reached our final destination. To say the place is run down is an understatement. The place is very grubby, old fashioned,rotten carpets and the rooms are super small. The smoke detector in our room was covered with a dirty sock and plastic bag which my partner had to remove and there were cigarette buds on the windowsill outside - so disgusting. As well as this the secondary lock to the bedroom door was broken so neither of us slept a wink. Positives: we had breakfast the next morning which was nice. The staff in the hotel were very very friendly. (we did not use the swimming pool facilities) I would not stay here again unless the hotel goes under a massive revamp.

The Hotel is nice a bit old but clean and stuff are very friendly. They have in the shower all Rituals products which I liked. The breakfast was reallyngood they have a lot of things to eat. We did have dinner in their restaurant and the food was really good.

Je tient a remercier l'accueil pour le brunch que nous avons fait en famille surtour pour l'accueil de rachid qui nous a reçu avec un super sourire et un professionnalisme à l'auteur de l'hôtel merci encore pour cette super journée à très bientôt.

Très belle rénovation et de même pour la chambre. J'avais connu cet établissement auparavant lors de séjours professionnels.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans un très beau cadre La décoration est raffinée Nous avons mangé des plats délicieux servis par le jeune Fernando très à l écoute des clients et très professionnel Le personnel que nous avons rencontré est très accueillant Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
