However, we respect your decision to decline as you needed rest at that time.3. We strive to provide our guests with a fair balance of quality and value, and we believe our pricing reflects the services we offer. That being said, we will continue to review and improve to meet our guests' expectations.4. We did not receive any prior feedback about the bedsheets during your stay, but we always aim to provide clean and well-maintained bedding.

Deposit: The security deposit is mentioned in the booking details, and as informed, it will be refunded within 7 days after checkout as part of our standard process.3. Drinking Water: We provide drinking water according to the number of guests booked. Additionally, snacks are included as part of our welcome gift.4. Kitchenware: We have checked the kitchenware thoroughly, and it was clean and odor-free. We strive to maintain high standards of cleanliness.5. Access Cards: As for the access cards, we do provide one per booking, but if you had needed an additional card, we would have been happy to assist.
