La chambre était équipée pour 1 personne au lieu de 2 (serviettes de toilette, verre) Chambre TRES propre Douche très spacieuse digne d'hotel plus étoilés Petit déjeuné correct Lors de la réservation avec Trip, la taxe de séjour était payé. L'hotel nous a refait payer sans chercher à comprendre la situation parce que "la taxe de séjour se paye toujours sur place". Après contact du service après vente Trip, confirmation que l'hotel nous a fait payé 2 fois la taxe. Merci a Trip qui s'est chargé de résoudre la problème et m'a remboursé :). La récéptioniste de l'hotel aurait pu être plus aimable et faire quelques recherches (surtout que l'hotel était vide a ce moment)

Hôtel classique, bien placé au calme

Need more personal, at afternoon you only have one poor guy attending reception, the restauran, bar, and phone calls. He is Troy ing to his best but is impossible to attend so many things at the same time.

Great hotel, good location, very clean and easy to get to. Close to the train station and easy to drive to Broc for the Maison Cailler Swiss Chocolate Factory. Paid the 5 francs extra to park outside yet car registration wasn't requested.

Modern clean room. Situated outside the city in a quiet surrounding. Difficult to understand why they charge an extra fee for parking.

Dirty, uncomfortable, felt like a prison

room is super bare bones but clean, there was a lot of noise at night from the street and parking lot at night so I kept being woken up by fireworks or people drag racing outside. . don’t keep your window cracked at all like i did. and you’re fine. it’s quiet if you don’t have the airflow. in addition parking is 8CHF a night which is not noted when you book and feels absurd when the whole parking lot is empty and huge. the pizza automat is fun and the pizza is surprisingly good

Good stay. Clean and safe

I was looking on a booking site for a hotel that has free parking. That's why I booked at this hotel. But despite that they charged me to pay for parking. They also charged for breakfast separately, without asking us if we were interested in breakfast. Thus a reservation of 220 francs for 2 nights suddenly became 270 francs. The hotel is under renovation. They are building more rooms. There were scaffolding in front of my room. Not a pleasant thing

hidden charges...tourist tax, €5parking -in an open-unsecured car park, charge for dog, gluten free brekkie laughable...amenities? room expensive for what you get!
