Súper ubicación, mucha limpieza, solo aveces la atención por parte de algunos empleados no es la mejor, pero fuera de ahí, me encanto.

Todo estuvo muy bien,el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y me cambiaron de inmediato de habitacion,me gustó!

Had a short but great stay. Fundidora park being connected with to the hotel by bridge was really good.

The hotel location is great for me and that is why I choose this property. I recommend more attention to detail in the bathrooms, mold on the corners and remote control not working properly.

The staff were welcoming and polite. The hotel is in a great location to some restaurants and a cool park. The room is a little cold for my liking, and the heater only heats to around 70 degrees. However, I am used to the constant heating in the Midwest during winter. It was a great space to work and relax.

Great hotel, poor service, general host training is needed. Receptionist Danyela acted with a rude, snobbish attitude but poor customer service.

Staff was nice. Room smelled like sewer all night. The area is a good one. Can walk downtown.

Do not recommend!! AC leaks, rooms were dirty, outdated, our room key was deactivated everyday we had to go to the front desk EVERYDAY! So terrible, I’ve never had a horrible experience at a hotel.

Property stated that it has transportation available. On arrival with a school group was told that the hotel shuttle was broken. Staff was very friendly and rooms were always clean.

We arrived in the room and there were no towels, no water. It took the staff hours to provide what was missing. We requested a cover and they did not deliver. The second day of our stay, it rained in the room. We requested that they service the room, no one came. Rooms are spacious but service is terrible. Buffet breakfast is absolutely vile. I almost vomited the eggs were gouky, the refried beans bitter and the potatoes sweet and souer.
