Thank you very much for the extraordinary warm and efficient check-in service assisted by 謝小姐 at Front Desk. This is a very impressive experience as she is not simply doing paper work procedures, but could look into guest’s special needs as well, which made guest feeling warm and unforgettable. I believe 謝小姐 is a great asset to your hotel and has potential to further develop her career in customer service area. Overnight time, a Front Desk Staff 小明 is very helpful too, answered our enquiries in very details. Breakfast food items is good as plenty varieties of food to choose from, however i was disappointed by the food temperature as most of them not hot, not even warm, then I noticed most of the food items were served on the buffet food table without heat burner underneath to keep the food temperature. Even the soup and congee were served in big heating boiling bowl, they were cold indeed. ( I had my breakfast at 11am, hotel breakfast is ended at 12:00). I would recommend the Hotel could look into this area, although i like those breakfast items, food temperature would stop me visiting the restaurant again.

Taxi drivers do not find this hotel and bring it to the mall. We need to tell them to drive around the shopping center and see the entrance to the high-rise building. Otherwise, everything is fine!

Very clean and trendy hotel room. The staff is very helpful and very responsive on my queries. The location is very closed to the shopping malls . Will visit again.

The room i booked was taken and did not preserved when i arrived at 6pm and i waited for 1 hour to have my room assigned. The breakfast in the morning is not in high quality. There leaking of water on the roof of the hotel because of heavy rain. The room service in general is good and there is laundry where the manager will help with drying.

Loved our stay! It's our second time staying here, and we will def book again. Location is super good, right next to a huge mall and metro station. Quiet area but HOP is def a developing space.

Very nice stay. The room was nice and spacious. The location is near a big mall and within walking distance to Oh Bay which has more shopping and the Ferris wheel. The hotel has nice washer and dryers if you are staying for a long period.

The location of Citigo Reserve hotel is perfect. It's only a 3 minutes walk to Shenzhen Uniwalk Qianhai 壹方城 which is a 360000 sq meter shopping mall with over 100 restaurants, brand shops, cinema, massage, hair salon, supermarket ... etc. If you still find it not satisfying your needs, there's a HOP-DX nearby with 160000 sq feet, where you can play golf, bowling, skating, archery, bom-bom car ... etc. For the hotel, the front desk staff are young and very receptive. There's refreshing welcome drink and light snack like cherry tomato and candies at the front desk. The room is with contemporary design, neat and tidy. The ceiling is interestingly with cantonese slangs like "leng nui"靚女, "lei hou"你好, "mou man tai"冇問題. Overall, you will find it nice to stay there.
