酒店位置很好，房間很大。早餐也不錯。唯一設施較老，總體來説性價比很高。無論商務出行或是家庭旅遊都很合適。

Habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. Desayuno bueno, ubicación muy buena del hotel. La srta. Palominos es algo autoritaria, le falta empatía y mejorar su actitud hacia el cliente/huesped. El check-in fue una mala experiencia con ella en recepción. Los demás empleados realizan bien su trabajo.

방은 상상이상 엄청큼, 직원들은 친절, 시설은 좀 낡음 ,조식은 먹을만 했음, 전체적으로 만족스러웠으나 5성급은 아님

服務很不錯

Spent 5 nights that ended two weeks holiday in Miraflores and Cusco. Very spacious rooms but also very old (90's?) and outdated interiors. It's not really a five star property in comparison with other hotels we experienced. Though it was clean and great bed comfort. Extremely noisy from the streets due to old and poor windows. Had to sleep with ear plugs even on the 8th floor. Meeting the staff on a daily basis when passing out & in through reception. However both me and my son reacted on never seeing anyone smiling? An odd experience as everywhere else in this friendly and beutiful country you are met with a genuine smile. Though I recommend this hotel for it's location and relatively price worthy - but don't forget your ear plugs:)

Great location in the center of Miraflores with a proper staff. The room is large but dated for the price. Also there is some noise from the street. The hot water took time to warm up, and the free breakfast was adequate. The hotel is also called Thunderbolt Hotel Pardo.

It has a different name on Google Maps so I thought our booking got mixed up. The location is good, 10-15 min walking distance to major Miraflores attractions. There are a number of good coffee shops and restaurants around the area too. Check-in was breezy. Our one-bedroom looked outdated, there was no electric kettle, no minibar, nor complimentary water. Do not book a taxi through the hotel, it is 30 soles more expensive than booking it through another 3rd party booking app.

Hotel super limpio, cama muy cómoda, las almohadas super cómodas,TV funcionaban bien, WiFi no tanto pero igual fue bueno,nevera funcionaba bien, en realidad tood fue ameno, lindo hotel, buena atención desde la recepción en adelante todo sueper bueno, volvería mil veces más

Não optem por este hotel; péssimo, café da manhã horrível; quarto cheira mal, ar condicionado parece que vai explodir. Meu Deoooos!! Se você tem preferência por cinco estrelas, este não é um hotel pra você. J&A Classic Hotel definitivamente não se enquadra na categoria cinco estrelas! Propaganda enganosa!!

El hotel está muy buen ubicado, el personal en todas las áreas, sumamente atento. Las habitaciones amplias, camas super cómodas, muy limpio. El restaurante excelente! Desayuno variado y de buena calidad. Lo recomiendo!!!

Muy bien ubicado,personal super atento,las instalaciones amplias y muy cómodas ! El restaurante, muy bueno!!! Desayuno variado ,además de estar atentos a la reposición de alimentos y bebidas.Mi primera opción para el próximo viaje ! Lo recomiendo,sin duda alguna!
