The negative first floor is directly connected to the Xinghai Square Station of Metro Line 1, and it takes only 5 minutes to reach the center of Suzhou. We are sorry that this stay did not bring you the perfect experience you expected. As for the room noise isolation problem you mentioned, the hotel management team attaches great importance to it. The upgrade of guest rooms is currently in the planning process.
