Location is perfect. Jinji lake. Shopping mall with eateries and million shops, metro station, all in walking distance. Room was spacious. Bed was a bit soft for me, heating/AC worked well, amenities were fine. We tried the swimming pool, view was nice from the 27th floor. There was a weird noise, every 8-10 minutes a bang on the wall coming from above in the middle of the night for 1-2 hours. I guess we were just not lucky with those neighbors...

Excellent service while staying there, and also rerouted my courier delivery that was arrived late.

We had two bad experiences with the hotel and we won’t be booking again due to those. - despite showing passport and visa at the time of check in, the hotel staff was calling us at 11-12 mid night to get more details as they didn’t understand the visa type. We explained the visa type and gave the resident card but they still didn’t understand and asked to come again the next day. It seemed like we are at an immigration office rather than on a vacation. This is despite the fact that I am living in China for over 1.5 years and have multi entry visa. - the room electricity went off on the second night at midnight. Even though it was midnight, the hotel kept on trying to fix it for over an hour before offering us another room so we could go to sleep only after 1 am.

This is the second time visit. This hotel is very good!!! My child enjoyed the new year' s holiday in this hotel. Thank you.

I have stayed here several times. The location is great for getting around (next to metro and big shopping mall). On my recent visit I ended up losing my phone, the staff were extremely helpful in locating it!

The room was clean & the beds were very comfortable. I could see around Suzhou center from my window. I would definitely stay here again.

Great staff, with little english they did their best to make you trust them and feel comfortable. Particularly Sky was our best adviser, he made the bookings for the gardens and museums, talking with the taxi drivers... Even checking my train tickets to be sure I am asking to go to the correct station... :))

The hotel is located very conveniently at the Xinghai Square, having access to the subway, being very quick at the several high speed train stations or the freeway. The staff is super friendly and very very helpful in Lamy cases. The hotel itself hat aged and you can see it, nevertheless the staff always do everything to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible.

Great stay, convenient location near underground and Suzhou Centre. Breakfast was good, gym food and staff friendly. Would recommend.
