The hotel is overpriced. It is quite clean. The bed was too short for me. I don't recommend scrambled eggs for breakfast - salty.

Very clean & updated furnishing 

Very good short stay

We stayed there for nine days, and we were very satisfied. The room was very nice and clean, and the bed is comfortable. I appreciated some amenities like the comfortable desk chair, and the lamp that are able to adjust brightness. The location is near the airport, about a 5-10 minute drive. And there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by.

Stayed here for one night prior to going to SFO the next day. People at the check in desk were very nice. The breakfast was surprisingly diverse and good for a small hotel (waffle maker, 6 choices of dry cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, steamed rice, breads and muffins, and juices, coffee and teas). Room and bathroom were immaculate. As clean as we have ever seen any hotel room. Fireplace in the room but it wasn't chilly enough for us to use it. Towels were softer than average. Bed was comfortable, not like a mattress worn to one side. Pillows didn't collapse as much as most hotels. Small microwave and fridge in the room (see pic). Only downside would be if you want to spend more than 1-2 days in the room, due to lack of drawer and closet space (see pic). Liked the separate recycling bin. We would absolutely stay here next time we need to be near SFO. Can't imagine a better place for the price.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Nice sheets, quiet, and dark for sleeping. We chose it because it was close to the airport and we had an early morning departure. It worked perfectly for this, but was also close to nice restaurants for our evening meal.

Greeted with a smile and Excellent service. Beautiful surroundings, security in place, clean and welcoming room with lots of soft pillows and white bedding. Incredibly quite and peaceful. An all around wonderful experience, I HIGHLY Recommend!!!

Disappointing stay. I really wanted to like this hotel and never write negative reviews. My teenage daughter and I traveled across the country and arrived at The Millwood after a very long travel day that started at 3 am. We arrived around 2 pm and couldn't wait to settle in and get some rest. We walked into the office to check in, and the lady at the desk gave us a very surprised look. I stated that I wanted to check in for our reservation, and she said that check-in is not until 3. She informed us that our room was ready, but if we wanted to check in an hour early, it would be an extra $25 fee. She said that if I didn't want to pay the extra fee, we could sit in the office with our stuff until 3 pm. She said this was their policy. I acted surprised by this and said I was unaware of the policy, and she replied in a pretty negative tone that I had booked through a 3rd party system (we booked on credit card points), which I guess was the reason we didn't know about the policy. So I had to pay the fee. I travel very frequently and have never had a hotel give me a problem checking in a little early if our room was ready. We will go back to our usual San Francisco hotels in the future to avoid this issue. You'd think a hotel so close to the airport could show a little compassion to weary travelers.

We stayed here the night before a flight out of SFO. It is convenient to the airport yet very quiet. Our room was extremely clean with great amenities - plenty of toiletries, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator. A delicious full breakfast was included. We would definitely stay here again!!

We just stayed there in the large suite with a king bed in one room, two double beds in the other. We absolutely loved our stay and how the place looked like the pictures. We actually stayed an extra night because hadn't spent much time in the room. There were plenty of outlets, towels, and everything else we needed. They supply shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, shower caps, optional rain shower. There is a TV in each room with great channel selection, an electric fireplace, lights everywhere, wall outlets, outlets in the lamps and phones. There is a mini fridge and microwave. They also do a breakfast with eggs, delicious bacon, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, juices, milk. They include parking. It is the only place I will stay from now on.
