The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Good swimming pools

As a small family we booked this hotel having Restaurants, a huge Pool and beach access. Unfortunately None of the Restaurants was open (except next to the pool) and the big pool on top was closed for renovation. No information at the reception about the issues, only that you have to pay a resort fee on top (39 USD) per day. In addition the pool was very, very dirty (milky water) - you really do not want to swim here. there was also a lot of noise from the pool renovation! So why do we pay a daily resort fee?? Further, we booked a ocean front (Meersicht) room here on Trip.com and were surprised to see that we received an Intercostal view room as the Reservation was not correctly translated by Trip.com. as summary, you do not wanted to have so many surprises in your holidays - this is far away from relaxing family time!!! very disapointing!!

Beautiful and live hotel! Beautiful views all around right on the ocean! Very busy but still had a wonderful time! I would come here again!

They charge extra for deposit after you leave. Deposit was 125, and after I left they charged 135. It didn’t make sense.

No room service no cleaning room and terrible expensive lots of hidden cost I would not use this hotel ever never it is nothing but waste of money

The most beautiful hotel! Great guest service and great food! I will definitely recommend this hotel. The location is in walking distance to restaurant and beach. Beautiful view right from your balcony. Several pools to use.

I stayed at this hotel several years ago and had a great experience so I booked it again. This time I was disappointed. The beach and pool areas were not kept clean. Being the major reasons for choosing this hotel this was a real spoiler. The beach was so full of seaweed you could not go in the water. The pool water was always cloudy and not skimmed out properly. There were bugs, clumps of hair and beach debris floating in the pool water. I went in sporadically to cool off from the intense heat but could not stay in long because the water was too hot in addition to being dirty. The third pool was closed beginning our second day which made the other two overcrowded. I was not able to get a wash cloth after my first night. Each day I asked for some and was told there were none on the housekeeping cart. I had to call the front desk to request them. I was delivered additional bath towels which I didn’t need but never saw a wash cloth again. The food and beverages were way overpriced. Even the staff apologized and said they knew the prices were ridiculous. This resort shouldn’t charge daily resort fees when they can’t provide the level of service expected of their guests. I do not recommend this hotel.
