Good location for connecting flight

Close to airport! One thing i didnt quite like is that the parking ticket is so flimsy and if you lose it, hotel will chargw you USD50 no matter how short your parking was.

Really nice hotel, picked this over the Westin because it was cheaper and also NEWER! we stayed for one day two nights so we picked somewhere closer to the airport. It was super convenient as they had an airport shuttle frequency 4 times in an hour.

The hotel are comfortable and in an exceptionally convenient location. The staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. There are light breakfast items plus coffee and tea for the first night, and close by are two supermarkets and several small shops for following days. Light breakfast is available every day on ground floor. Coffee and tea are available all day. The sitting areas (indoors and outdoors) are comfortable. A resident may bring a guest for coffee, which is convenient for a short meeting. We have stayed twice at this facility, each time for a week, and will return again because of the reasonable price, location, and excellent staff.

I felt like I was in Oklahoma. The ceiling was low grade plywood with a coat of white paint. Not much for amenities. They wouldn't give me a late check out. For $200 bucks a night I expected a little more. My bad! Next time I'm going to motel 6 for half the price.

location: the location is no doubt a best/the best for those who would like to catch a early flight or arrive at the airport late. The shuttle bus runs almost 24/7 and you may arrive at the hotel within 10 minutes. Facilities: the hotel might be a little bit old and it seems that the hotel is remade from some sort of factory of other things? As I have lived in other aloft series and I think this one is not that good as the others

I prebooked a room for one night at this hotel on this app after I arrived at SFO International airport. I had a fantastic experience. The room and facilities were clean. The front desk staff and managers were amazing to me. I unexpectedly had a problem paying a deposit with my overseas Unionpay debit card (they do take Unionpay, no idea what the problem was) and a visa gift card (not my fault this didn't work). They graciously allowed me to stay despite my cards not working. The hotel shuttle runs on time and it did pick me up the previous night and took me back to the airport at the area I needed. The hotel is in close proximity to the airport and very convenient to spend a layover at. Thank you for your hospitality and I will stay here again in the future if I get an opportunity too.

It was a nice room and the staff was nice. The only thing was the parking since it’s connected to the airport parking, it was hard to find spots later in the evening
