It was a great stay friendly staff clean rooms no problems checking in or checking out.

Room was clean, free breakfast is always a plus although I skipped out on it, check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely would stay again

Very clean spot with great customer service !

Everything went well until the second night we found the room was not cleaned when we came back. We stayed in this hotel in 2019. It seems after Covid the hotel service has been declining quite bit.

The drain at the shower room clogged, water drain very slow, not happy with the shower experience!

Does not feel good to stay this hotel.

Staff very unattentive, when I went to check in there was another couple in front of me and no one was at the front desk. I asked if anyone has seen them they said no. After several minutes I picked up the house phone and dialed the front desk. The attendant finally appeared. It took so long that my husband cane in to see if there was a peoblem. The room was so small that I couldn't get the trolley into the room the bed blocked it.The closet was a homemade open cabinet with a curtain for a door. The hotel could be cleaner. Breakfast so so and the tables were all dirty. I pre paid for this room and was told I had to leave a $50 deposit to cover any damages that may occur. We are in our 70s and arrived late and left early. Never have I been asked to leave a deposit before. Stayed in many Hampton Inns never this one again.

落地第一天住的酒店，提早給我們入住了，倒個時差房間還算大，周邊開車5分鐘有幾個集中的商業區還算方便，附近有個奧樂齊對面加油站！

空調無法關掉、一直在吹冷風、温度調高就會很乾，這一個晚上一直都在調空調，不管怎樣，入住時一定先看好空調再把行李放好，否則很尷尬

房間挺大，住起來還算可以

硬件真的很差很差
