Excellent service. Rich breakfast buffet. At lunch and dinner, fantastic food including local specialties freshly prepared by the chef. Direct sea view. The most popular and prestigious beach club is directly by the hotel. Only drawback, sometimes it can be noisy from the club.

To whomsoever it may concern, A fantastic experience, the reception, but overall everybody was exceptionally friendly, professional, and caring for me and my family mother with whom I stayed over. The Maître was and still is top-notch, watchful, diligent, and most meticulous in his and the other waiters/waitresses' professionalism throughout my whole stay. Nothing was exempted from being taken care of. The room janitors were never one bit oppressing but kept the room and bathroom clean. Whenever they sought the right and most comfortable opportunity to clean up the room they took it swiftly and quickly without leaving trace of them ever being there. I suggest observing their behavior as well as acknowledging their effort in keeping every room top-notch clean by giving out a free smile or greeting which costs nothing, and, not only to them but to everyone around as everybody is centered around making this the best experience you've had in Milano Marittima which not every hotel in the area provides or goes that extra mile for. This hotel is, once more, mostly known for customer care and kindliness, exterior beauty as well as organization so you're going to be in great hands. Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana. Camera diacreta, ma vista spettacolare dritta sul mare. Noi abbiamo fatto la mezza pensione e sia a colazione che a cena la scelta è ampia e le materie prime sono di qualità. Sul senza glutine sono stati estremamente disponibili e attenti. Punto di forza senza dubbio il mitico Emilio della sala, troppo simpatico! Torneremo ;) Claudia e Ivan

Staff super gentile e attento ad ogni esigenza. Colazione ottima. Ci hanno sistemato in una camera superiore rispetto a quella prenotata. Non trovo un lato negativo, tutto perfetto a partire dal maitre, camerieri e le receptionist che sono state molto carine e disponibili.

Abbiamo trascorso 1 settimana in questo bellissimo hotel a 4 stelle fronte mare, a Milano Marittima con formula pensione completa. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene: ottima la cucina e la cortesia dei camerieri, guidati da un maitre, Emilio, professionale e molto simpatico, i servizi sono d'eccellenza: c'è una piscina molto grande, una palestra con attrezzi Technogym, una sauna ampia e una spiaggia riservata, con personale efficiente e gentile. La sera ci sono a disposizione degli ospite delle biciclette. Un ambiente sereno con servizi di qualità anche superiori alle 4 stelle, in modo particolare nella ristorazione e le camere. Ritorneremo

Vacanza veramente top, bella struttura, curata nei minimi particolari, lo stesso dicasi per la spiaggia privata. Personale disponibile e con una cortesia "d'altri tempi", un plauso al maitre Emilio che fa la differenza. Ristorante a buffet veramente allettante e di altissima qualità 10 e lode. Spero di rivedervi presto.

Fantastico weekend in famiglia 2 adulti e 4 bambine ! Bella struttura situata bene! Ottima cucina! Bella spiaggia! Personale gentilissimo! Ottima pulizia! Avevamo un appartamento ben equipaggiato! Speriamo di tornare presto per nuove avventure!

Hotel molto confortevole situato sul lungo mare con spiaggia privata,personale molto gentile ed efficiente,il maitre di sala,Emilio molto gentile ,simpatico educato professionale,come il personale della reception,per non parlare del ristorante a buffet,molto vario, cibo di qualità e preparato molto bene,complimenti ai cuochi,era tutto molto buono,compreso i dolci. Sala messa a disposizione solo per il ns.gruppo di burraco per i tornei. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Posizione eccellente, a piedi raggiungi tutto!!! Che dire le camere sono comode , profumate ed il personale è semplicemente impeccabile,sempre presente e gentile. Il ristorante è ben fornito e la qualità del cibo è ottima. Consiglio questo hotel a tutti coloro che vogliano passare la propria vacanza a mima! Veronica
