Đây là một khách sạn cũ nhưng sạch sẽ với đội ngũ nhân viên tốt bụng cung cấp dịch vụ tốt. Vị trí rất tuyệt vời. Bạn có thể nhìn thấy Cảng Miami và chợ Bayside xinh đẹp bên ngoài cửa sổ của mình. Hầu hết xe buýt du lịch đều đón bên ngoài khách sạn hoặc băng qua đường. Bến du thuyền và nhà hàng nằm trong khoảng cách đi bộ hoặc bạn có thể đi xe đẩy miễn phí để tự mình đi vòng quanh. Lần sau ghé sẽ book lại khách sạn này.

Có một dịch vụ đưa đón tuyệt vời đến cảng. 👌👏👏👏 Đáng buồn là các nhân viên tiếp tân không thân thiện và tốt nhất là lảng tránh. Điều đó hoàn toàn không mong muốn và không cần thiết

Khách sạn này để lại cho bạn cảm giác vô gia cư. Các phòng có mùi rất khó chịu. Máy điều hòa không làm mát, các phòng đều có trần nhà cũ kỹ, cũ kỹ và lớp sơn cũ là thứ xa xỉ mà bạn có được với giá 250 đô la một đêm. Chọn một cái gì đó khác và ít nhất là cảm thấy thoải mái.

Just yuck. It just looks old. I guess it was clean but it was too old looking to be sure. The worst thing about this stay is that the breakfast offered is $25 and not worth $10. It should have been complimentary with the room. To pay an additional $25 for powdered eggs and cold pancakes was just ridiculous. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it.

This was my most disappointing experience. Firstly, I couldn't find the name of the hotel, there was no name outside the building. Secondly, the hotel equipment was very outdated, and the breakfast service staff ignored customers and gathered together to chat.

This hotel looks like nothing on the picture. The paint is cheeping off the walls and it has a horrible Oder. I don't recommend this hotel.

Terrible, horrible, no good, very bad.. This hotel looked NOTHING like the website pictures. This is GHETTO. Ratchet. POOR. It smells like booty water. It made us sick from the mold. Woke up sick. Do not book it. It’s bad. Seriously.

Totally scrapped and obsolete hotel. The service was completely bad..! The amenities are so bad.., specially in the room. Terrible housekeeping service. The location is good to go to the Miami Heat game (05 minutes walking). I’d not stay again.

Great location but this hotel is very very tired, with paint peeling off the walls & a small inbox with a key which was the safe. To cap it all 2 of the 3 lifts were not working at a time when people were trying to leave to go on their cruises. It took an hour on average to get to the ground floor. They fixed one of the faulty ones thank goodness - but still only 2 lifts working. We ate diner in the restaurant one night and the fries were disgusting, dark brown and fully of oil. We both left the fries. We will not be staying again even though the location across the road from Bayside.

Location SUPER! Food OK. Hotel old, room clean, but so, so. But it was Miami Downtown! If was the second stay in Miami on this winter school holidays trip, so it was just for one night only. The boy in the lobby for luggage also did his job well! The most terrible experience with this stay was the booking by itself. Because making it at the end we felt a bit in a hurry so even though we made booking 2 days in advance (prior to coming from Orlando), I made there a lapsus by making reservation with the start date. I was putting in as starting date the date of when reservation was made (also because of outer distractions), so could not cancel it any more (48hrs before start date of reg. only). So I made and paid second one as well. Facilities old but still OK (altghough it could be in much better condition; compared let's say to an older hotel by Lake Bled in my country, for example, let's say Hotel Triglav with Restaurant 1906 - I always loved it and I still do, altgough there are many by us (older, where I stayed in) (let's say a dozen, maybe not that famous as this one) (but then again just by us there were a few dozens newer ones (but relative to period of 30yrs I am doing that, then not so many), I did stay in, that were also super at least). Tried to negotiate a bit with employees in hotel reception, but they put it all back on me again and said, it was mine and trip.com matter only, relying for us to solve it by ourselves between us...

THE FIRST GAVE ME A TERRIBLE VIEW ROOM ,ROOM 300 THEN I ASK FOR A CHANGE TO ROOM 608 IT WAS A GREAT VIEW BUT THE BATHROOM FLOORS WERE WITH HAIR AND THEY ARE VERY OLD PAINT FALLING , YOU NEED TO RENEW THE ROOMS.

close to cruise terminal. breakfast with very limited choice. receptionist is not friendly and little bit rude. if you need information, other guests could help better

Unfortunately the hotel needs a renovation done. The first room we were given had baby roaches, a total of 5 that we could see. They were on the nightstand, tv stand and desk. We had to advocate to change rooms and were told they only had 1 other room available. That room did not have roaches, but had water damaged ceiling and a very mildewy smell in the bathroom. We were only there 1 night for a concert. The hotel was conveniently located to our venue and right in front of Bayside marketplace. The continental breakfast did not include any protein. It had fruit, eggs and flap jacks.

An outstanding location.., in front of Bayside.., and five minutes walking up to the Kaseya Center (Miami Heat games). Big and comfortable room..! Small bathroom.. The pillows could be better.. Top king size bed.. CVS Pharmacy so close as well. I’d stay again for sure..!!
