The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and we really enjoyed the pool at the hotel.

We love the place it is very relaxing. We stay here a day before our Mount kinabalu hike. It was an awesome experience at The Palace Kota Kinabalu. It is up a hill, and the morning view is very beautiful. The breakfast is ok.

I had a very amazing experiences in this hotel, the front desk staff was friendly and polite, the other staff also great in terms of greetings. They also prepared swans towel for me and my spouse for our anniversary month that I inform them in my booking. I just love it. Thankyou so much

Friendly staffs. Room was sparkling clean. It has been fully renovated. Furnitures seems new & comfortable. Iron & iron board inside the wardrobe. Hairdryer in the toilet. Complete amenities except no body lotion. Marked in the booking as staying for Anniversary and the hotel surprised us with simple anniversary deco with fresh roses in our room with no charge. Thank you so much, we love it!♥️. Breakfast was okay with fried kuew teow, fried rice & plain porridge with condiments. Also chicken curry, beef rendang, potato wedges, egg station & some desserts & fruit. Pool also okay. Definitely will come back!

Tv pun ok ada YouTube Netflix n TVS Channel.. just the room not soundproof.. so hati2 klu yg brhoney moon 😁 I want to upload pics but sadly my line was so bad rn.. ok that's it.. really high recommend
