Nice off Ocean Drive property that is still close to everything happening in the South Beach area.

Location is great! Near many restaurants and bars. Downside is the noise. Loud music until 1am and the drunks outside arguing at 2am. Did not sleep well.

Excellent, very clean and the staff was very helpful. Loved everything.

When we got there our rom was suuuper dirty! The floor was full of dust and the room was dirty and smelled terreble. In the bathroom there were many flies. And it smelled horrible. There were so many flies everywhere. When we got there I cleand over the floor with a towel and it got almost Black of all the dirt on the floors!!! And the Internett that is included didn’t work. We stayed there for 5 nights, and they didnt cleen even ones!! No room service!! The only positive thing is that the beds were good.

Worked for one night for the price, but honestly probably wouldn’t stay again. “Upgraded” to a suite. Would hate to see what we actually booked. Check in and out was a breeze. Staff was nice. Just kind of felt dirty and dusty

Desperately needs an update. Everything looks tired. Location is good. Staff was pleasant.

No long story The hotels is old and needs renovation, the room smells and very noisy Not a good service overall I stayed just one night and I moved in another hotel Townhouse Hotel by LuxUrban, approximately the same price but much better service and very clean Actually get even cheaper if i consider the the breakfast and the towel service for the beach is included And the service is great, the receptionist very respectful and helpful

The property itself was nice. As it was decorated in the classic art deco era. The staff was unfriendly, the property was dirty, and there was a lot of sketchy people/activities going on after dark. Cars being broke into, rooms were nice, but not leaned properly.

Not bad hated that no parking

The building, room, lobby, and bar area were very clean and stylistic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the lack of parking— you had to go to a public parking structure 2 blocks away, pay $40 a night for parking, and lug bags because it doesn’t have a loading zone in front of the hotel in order to drop off luggage.

I didn't like having to walk up several steps with my luggage

Prime location, everything is nearby walking , the beach , boardwalk, restaurants and bars Hotel in general is clean but the room was very small , toilet flush wasn’t working , staff not helpful
