Did not receive any confirmation email on the check-in details. Arrived during the check-in period (2-5pm), yet there was no one at the front desk to facilitate and no one picked up the phone with the numbers they provided. Did not manage to check in at all. Highly NOT Recommend this place as there are much better alternatives.

 we ordered two night and same room type separately,the motel knows we are stay two night but still need we check out and check in again. the lock is useless and suddenly a man (after that, they said this is room service) come in was we still in the room.

self service is easy to understand shower water need some times to warm and no sea view

It’s just beside the beach and there are plenty of food options beside the motel. Don’t expect a full sea view if you are booking a sea view room. Nonetheless a clean place to stay in.

Stayed one night here during out roadtrip to 12 apostles. Arrived late but managed to self checked in. Easy and convenient. Room was super impressive for the price that we paid. There are several eateries just minutes away from our motel, and about 3 ‘mins walk to the beach front. Would definitely recommend!

華人開的，樓下是中餐館，想吃中餐很方便。標準的汽車旅館模式，就是房間小，比其他正規的西方汽車旅館要差一些，更接近國內的快捷酒店。性價比一般。

怎麼説呢？！ 訂房第二天就發現訂重複了，發郵件溝通，但房東不退錢。 樓下的中餐就是國外中餐水平吧，相當於150塊人民幣吃了一份盒飯。

My husband and I were looking for budget accommodation, so came by Blue Ocean Hotel on our ap, and booked it, we found it to be a small room, very clean, and good value for money, we met a couple of staff and they were very friendly, the stairs going up and down were fine, but my husband found them bit too much with his knees, that and the small size of room is our only complaint, but apart from that it was quiet, it was lovely. Thank you.

Contactless check in details never provided. The building is old fibro with mould and unsafe walk ways. No clear entrance and unprofessional hand written sign to say ‘ motel entrance’ A phone call to ‘reception staff ‘ who had no idea where I was standing on the premises, was rude and angry I never received the contactless checkin information. A second phone call after standing waiting 25 mins for instructions to get in. I booked through Agoda and demanded I got a full refund as I had seen enough from the outside that I would stay else where. PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS. I wish I had as the 8.3 Agoda rating is far to high.

DO NOT BOOK HERE …. Run…. Booked through Agoda and now receiving a full refund. No self check in sent. Terrible looking entrance with poor instructions on how to find reception. Mould on asbestos building. Daytime phone number provided a lady that had no idea of what the property layout was and was extremely rude. Completely rundown from the outside. Didn’t even get in to the premises. Completely overrated compared to the photos
