The attention at the reception, especially the staff who served us at breakfast, were very friendly, the rooms are clean and have everything you need to rest, the location is very good.

Was not able to get all contents from the menu. Had to ring the reception for towels and toiletries. Needs improvement. Receptiom was good.

Clean & comfortable hotel to stay at. Staff was friendly & very helpful. Beds were very comfortable & buffet breakfast was good. Area around the hotel has everything you need. Only downside to this property is that there is no pool.

There's no room Service after 9 pm. Lack of a Pool in the hottest city on the Peninsula, no jacuzzi or something to relax after a hard-working day.

Nice to be in front of a shopping area - nice and quiet location.

Property is located in new area close to mall and hospital, easy access for routes to go to different places near by (beaches, towns) Service was fantastic except for cleaning lady who sometimes forgot to provide fresh towels. Cleaning itself can be improved (shower) If you are looking for firm mattress or pillows this place will be no so comfortable. There is a minibar which is handy when you need to store medicine that require cool temperatures.

Very nice hotel. Good service. Breakfast buffet was ok, but very limited fruit options. Room in excellent conditions and bed was comfortable. A pool would have been nice.

The biggest problem was we had no hot water and the front desk said. Oh well. No refund , no offer to a future stay. No solution for freezing showers.

Very neat and clean. Excellent shopping location.
