Location ok, love the 24 hours eating place beside the hotel. Don't like weekend hotel breakfast setup at pool haha, too hot.

Good hotel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty decent too. Location wise this is quite near to the city centre. Have good access to malls and food. Will come again

A clean and good hotel with best location in Medan city. My room was large, clean and very comfortable. Came around 15.20, and had to wait the room to be ready around 15 minutes. And not even a welcome drink served during my waiting time. No complain but that small gesture is kinda needed... However the FO lady who handled me was very friendly... Very recommended to stay here...

Fantastic experience. I'm so happy with this stay. very clean environment, polite staff, joyful feelings. The breakfast was very good. enjoyed Indonesian dishes. well presented. Salute to the Hotel crew and the management team.
