總體來説還是非常不錯的酒店，套房有2張單人床和一張雙人床，一家四口完全沒問題，而且這個房型2個16歲以下小童無須另付任何費用，包括早餐，不過早餐不太適合東亞人的口味，晚餐稍微好一點，一點點而已。我們在毛求的機場丟了一個小孩的書包，裏面還有貴重物品，本來以為找不到了，結果洲際的前台小哥幫我們聯繫到了機場的警局，書包失而復得，非常NICE。後來結帳有些不愉快，多扣了我一千多歐元，經過交涉，不過回國之後又退還到了我的帳户裏，總體完美，攜程官方也幫了很大的忙！

非洲效率非常低，如果度假，建議選島南部的度假酒店，這邊的海水質比南部差很多。

We miss you already Intercontinental! The moment you step in,a massive entrance welcomes you with a cool breeze and a breathtaking view and while you are lost in that and trying to soak it all in here comes the welcome drink. I have never tasted such an exceptional pineapple drink in my life. Here we met Kevin, he made sure that everything is absolutely perfect for us, from planning our kid's birthday and noting down all the details as to which restaurant we would like to have birthday dinner to helping us with late checkout without us discussing about it, shows how brilliant he is. Thank you Kevin! We went for our son's birthday and the entire team made it so special for us. The cake was way beyond our expectation and super delicious thanks to chef Alkesh for making it with so much love. Also a beautiful gesture the day we were leaving, Chef Alkesh got a surprise handmade chocolate with a bonvoyage message on it, it really touched our hearts. Thank you chef Alkesh! The meals everyday at Senso were nothing short of a Royal layout. You name it and they have it, with some aMazing salads to yummilious desserts. Chef also heard our request and made the food accordingly for our little one. I would also like to thank Chef Surya for being so considerate and always catering to our out of the way requests, your alloo parathas were so good. Thank you chef Surya! The property is brilliant, rooms are spacious and absolutely clean. Kids play area is big and have different activities planned for the day every hour. Beach is rocky but exceptionally beautiful. The resort has so many things to do that you would not want to go anywhere else. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!

Location is aweaome.We had a lovely stay. A family friendly resort with good amenities and facilities. Staff is polite and very helpful. Special mention to Kevin, Saifullah, Sam and staff of Planet trekkers. We had a pleasant stay. Would have enjoyed more if water sport activities are good. Staff at this facility not so encouraging and supportive . Also, staff at the Veda restaurant were not welcoming.

Such an Amazing Experience in Intercontinental Resort Mauritius. My wife and I stayed here for 6 days in the end of the April 2024 month in a Deluxe Ocean View Room. Upon Arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mrs.Sonia Verma from the front desk, who made us feel comfortable after had a conversation with her. She is really very helpful and cooperative in nature...She took care of each and everything which we needed in the resort.... The resort is situated by the sea and boasts beautifully constructed rooms along with the shore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay throughout all days at the hotel. The room service is really excellent, done by one of the young man Mr.Om, such a wonderful guy, who is interning with this hotel. The food they provide is of high quality with a variety of cuisines available for guests. The food is very tasty, especially the Indian dishes which we enjoyed every day. Food-wise we went to the a la carte restaurants "Veda" for dinner which is the best Vegetarian restaurant for Indians. In the evenings, there were beautiful singing performances and various Caribbean activities to entertain the guests. The pool is well-maintained and connected to a bar, creating a relaxing environment. There are many complementary water sports activities which were offered by the hotel for guests to do. So In the last, I would highly recommend this place for the couples as well as for the families to stay at this resort for seeking a blend of luxury, exceptional service, and a breathtaking setting. Amazing place and property. Extremely scenic and destressing. Best of Breakfast spread at Sensos. Nice food at Sensos. Excellent staff and very helpful : to name few : , Ms Shweta, Ms Ria, Ms Sakshi, Mr Patrick, Mr Natraj, Ms Chhaya, Ms Jayanti, Mr. Ronak. Special mention of Ms Aditi at the reception.

The peoole are amazing. The staff stand out and are wonderful. One staff member in particular named Emma is the most wonderful person ever. She is the most helpful and so posative and enthusiastic. She is what the touriwm industry needs more of

It was a good experience overall except for the pillows which was flat and requested a replacement but never got one, the food was average but the staff was exceptional the chef Surya was great he took care of our needs the waitress Vilma was exceptional she was there to help us, always friendly and welcoming

From my arrival to the departure the friendly staff of the Intercontinental Resort Mauritius made my stay unforgettable. I had a wonderful room with seaview in this spacious resort which is nicely located at the beach of Balaclava. There were so many great people with a big heart who did everything to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Just to mention some of my „new friends“: Selena, Sam, Jordan and Michel make every moment at the bar a special moment. In the restaurant Vimla, Bhavana, Catrinya (I hope I wrote this name correctly?), Vashim and a lot more warm hearted people have a smile for everyone and do a great job. The chef Surya prepared wonderful special meals for me - once he came to know, that I am not allowed to eat everything. He is an amazing cook! Kingsley and Reeshma helped me to have a wonderful time at the beach, chat, play and relax. Luna in the boutique is a very kind person with a big heart - I will not forget you! Kevin at the front office helped me in every aspect I could think of - and even gave me present, so that I now can prepare Vindaye, the typical dish, at home (thank you so much!) I could go on with this list for a long time and please forgive me if I did not mention everyone who made my vacation unforgettable. It is the special people who make this place to a special place. Hello, My husband and I stayed in Intercontinental resort Balaclava, Mauritius for our first wedding anniversary for 5 days 4 nights and it was the best experience I’ve ever had in a Resort/Hotel. You have everything there from Halal food to vegetarian Indian food. 5star restaurants inside with good food. The hospitality, service, restaurant, vibes, entertainment, staff and special mention to the duty manager Mr. Kevin Rittoo who went out of his way to assist us throughout our stay there. It was amazing that he remembered each and every guest staying there by their names. We had trouble in the room that we were assigned initially but as soon as Mr. Rittoo was informed he personally showed us the new room and helped us shift there. We were looking for a pineapple to take home but couldn’t find any so we asked Mr. Rittoo if he could arrange one for us, even on his off day he managed to arrange one for us and had it sent to our room. That’s how lovely and homely the people of Intercontinental are. I will 200% recommend this resort to anyone who is visiting Mauritius, you will have a wonderful time there. Have a lovely trip! Fabulous place to come with family or on your honeymoon. This was my second visit to hotel intercontinental. Last time I visited in 2013 on my honeymoon. Now I came with my colleagues on office trip. Friendly staff, sumptuous food and view. We enjoyed every bit of our holiday. Now we will again come with our kids. I prefer this hotel for couples as well as families. Awesome experience second time as well
