Great location. Showers and breakfast amazing great. Rooms were large but very dated and old in appearance

The room was a bit out date for a holiday Inn, it was clean but the facilities were not, hallways, elevators etc were dirty, breakfast was crowded and a bit crazy. No napkins for guests, when we asked they said they were out. They could have used paper towels or even the ones from the bathroom instead of leaving guests with no napkins at breakfast. Tables were dirty and not wiped. Guest were standing to eat including myself just weird maybe overbooked, maybe just busy but there needed to be more help in there at that time. I over heard another guest tell the only older lady putting out the food that the milk was warm in the cooler. The older leader just looked at the guest and said put it back then. These are things that make guest not want to come back.

Property shared a parking lot with a bar, hertz and a business park. Everything was clean and the suite was really great. I did find a sock in the pull out couch but the room was clean other than that. Quiet time 10-7am. Breakfast was 630-930. They were not prepared for the amount of people staying there and breakfast was chaos, lots of things were empty and ran out of coffee….staff is friendly.

Good hotel overall! Very clean and the best breakfast I've had at a hotel! Warm cinnamon rolls for the win! Like others have stated about this particular property, the beds need upgraded! Every tiny movement caused horrible creaks, and the mattress itself was very uncomfortable to sleep on; sitting on it was fine though. Also, as a wheelchair user, the accessibility of the property itself wasn't ideal. The vestibule area when you first enter is a decently steep incline, and then you have to use a ramp to get to the elevators, which is carpeted and not the easiest to navigate independently.

The property was as described, the staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast was excellent and the pool was clean.

Great overnight stay while visiting a local university. Clean. Safe. And friendly staff! Will be back!

The restaurant next door was great, with a full bar. Room was clean and quiet for the most part. My son enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was awesome.
