One of the best place to stay in medina. Nice and stylish, clean rooms, simple breakfast. Location also good enough, because its not that far to walk by medina from taxi (another riads can be so far and it's not comfortable to find it, especially when you have a lot of clothes). One more thing - they are really equipped with everything you need in rooms - fridge, smart-TV, hairdryer, even in single rooms. Not every riad can have it, especially with this price. Friendly and very helpful staff. Especially grateful to Hassan, he helped me with my one thousand questions 😅 So, I can recommend this place. I stayed in few riads in different points of medina, and it was most comfortable place.

Very good hospitality, nice and funny staff. The room was very small but comfortable with air-conditioner. However, water in the shower room was draining very slowly and hot water was not so stable.

If you come to Marrakesch, stay at least, for a day in Riad! I loved the vintage feel to it. The room was much smaller than the pictures suggested. Otherwise, the staff was always friendly and helpful. I'm really thankful for that! You can cool off at the little pool, read some books or simply enjoy the quietness from the bustling streets of Marrakesch. The Riad is only a "minute" from the Medina. If I come back. I'll book again, but a bigger room next time!

Je fais suite à mon récent séjour au sein de votre établissement, et je tiens à exprimer mon profond mécontentement quant à la qualité des prestations fournies Voici lespoints principaux qui ont causé cette insatisfaction : Propreté : La chambre était poussiéreuse, avec des moisissures sur les murs de la salle de bain et des fissures sur ceux de la douche. Equipements défectueux : Le robinet du lavabo était presque cassé et difficile à utiliser, et la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, rendant impossible de suivre les actualités. Petit-déjeuner : La qualité était très en deçà de ce qui était attendu. Le thé était moyen, le café imbuvable, les gâteaux au chocolat immangeables. Le "buffet" se limitait à quelques morceaux de pain, de fromage Kiri et des galettes marocaines froides, ce qui est loin d’un service digne d’un établissement hôtelier. Inadéquation avec les photos : La chambre, bien plus petite que ce qui était montré sur les photos, était inconfortable pour 3 personnes. Accessibilité : L’accès à la chambre au troisième étage via des escaliers étroits n’était pas adapté pour une famille

住了你的酒店，你很熱情，但是有幾點建議給你.如果你採納會給你帶來更好的生意.1：衞生一定要乾淨，被褥不要用毯子因為你那些毯子沒辦法每換一個人來住你都洗一次，那可想而知我不知道上次來住的是什麼人.房間也要讓清潔工多擦乾淨.2：晚上睡覺太吵了.客户一回來開門聲音很大，你那裡隔音很差，所以你要讓晚來和早起的客户小聲點.這兩點一定要解決，衞生和嘈雜.你肯定是希望更多中國人過去消費，我很肯定告訴你我們都非常注重衞生乾淨。
