The location was easy to find, staff availability was not there when we tried to chekin

Rooms were clean, parking was horrible Roosters are in back and front of units and started crowing at 1:30am and keep you up Through out the early hours terrible sleep

The location on the water was beautiful and very peaceful. The free morning coffee was a unexpected perk

Room was clean but very small and difficult to sleep with 2 windows that only had blinds, no curtains and there is bright lights shinning through. Also our car had to be parked where we couldn't see it, which I guess depends on the unit you get. We had unit 122 and the toilet was loose and shower handle very loose with poor function, low water pressure. However property was good . I love the roosters all around loose in the keys. If your not bothered by light shine in windows then you will be ok to get by but for me I did not rest at all. They do have hot coffee at 7:30am but no breakfast so we went to Wendy's down the road.

The planes and helicopters are flying over all day and night. Small sugar ants around refrigerator.

The check-in process was extremely fast and smooth. Both ladies in the front were very nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

No complaints....comfortable beds, good wifi, pool was nice, and there's a dock where apparently if you spray the hose into the water, it attracts manatees, but we did not see any.

Long story but asked to change rooms. They had an available room at 8pm just for one night. I was fine paying the difference in room pricing but the money hungry manager charged 3 times the difference

It was a great experience! The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. And the location is great.

Nice old florida style motel that has been upgraded and well maintained. Staff was very nice and personable. No complaints

The only thing positive was that the bed was clean and sheets smelled clean. Parking was awful. The boat storage area had NO Security at all. And overall knowledge from the staff we met was very limited.
