Premier Inn Manchester Central

Wonderful place to stay. Central, easy to get everywhere from. Clean and roomy (we stayed in a premier plus room) Bed was comfortable and the shower was perfection. The staff where kind and courteous and willing to help with anything needed. 10/10 would recommend.

stayed here for the weekends as i was attending a birthday party in town rooms are clean nice and tidy staff lovely speciall mention to dahma and kayleigh lovely nice chatty ladies overall the place is in a really good location if you need to attend manchester city centre looking forward to come back

I remember my week-long stay very positively. Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. What else could you want? I cannot fail to mention the very helpful staff who did everything to make me feel good. It was definitely not my last stay at this hotel.

I had no issues with the amenities and overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom which appeared to be reasonable on appearance. However, I discovered in the morning the bed linen was littered with the dead carcasses of fleas and/or bed mites. Clearly the bedding had been laundered as the bodies had been flattened by ironing/pressing. It wasn't just a few, the bedding was infested with them.

Excellent staff who were all very helpful and friendly especially Vanessa on the desk and Tracy in the restaurant. Only downside pillows very hard as not feather because of some with allergies. The staff coped very well with the influx of ladies from all over the world attending the Convention over the road.

Chose this hotel for proximity to Convention Centre and it was perfect. Rooms a little tired but more than adequate. Staff extremely friendly & helpful

Really upset after our last visit to this premier inn, I chose premier inn as we had previously had a good experience at another hotel across the city, unfortunately after this visit I probably won’t use premier inn again. There was a hole in the curtains losing the black out feature. There were dead flies I had to clean up from the bedding and the desk the window wouldn’t open, there was other people’s soap in the shower and it obviously wasn’t cleaned before hand. We got a noise complaint about 12-1 in the morning even though it was 612 to making all the noise and we were 621. The lady on reception wasn’t very friendly when we got there and there were no sofas in the room as shown on the pictures. Overall an unhappy experience

Hotel perfect location, room clean, comfy, quiet, big shout out the the 2 reception staff who checked me in they were friendly, polite and cheerful so please give them a shout out as forgot there names, but i checked in after 3pm on sun 5th may so the male and female on reception big thankyou to you guys!!

This hotel is situated right and the tram lines and has zero sound insulation. You hear every single tram up until 2am and again when they start at 6am! We asked to be moved rooms but it was no different. The noise was horrendous. Worst nights sleep I’ve ever had!!
