We went here for 5x nights in the first week in Oct after we finished a house renovation and wanted a short relaxing all inclusive break in the sun. It was alright for us, but ideal for a few nights, not a long holiday. Food was really lovely, nice and fresh and a big range of Turkish food. We both love Turkish food, but for others who don't, there was an abundance of toasties, chips, burgers, bread, fruit etc both in the restaurant and snack bar throughout the day. Food was definitely the best part of the hotel! The cocktails were quite poor, although big measures of spirits (which is good) they were served in very small plastic cups and either blue/orange/red sweet juice so stayed away from these. Not used to these at other 5* holidays / resorts. Stuck to Baileys and Beer and fizzy soft drinks. Also strange for an all inclusive that drinks weren't all in at every bar, you could only get free ones at the pool bar, every other bar in the hotel, the drinks were chargeable (we did read this previously on reviews but seems sly to charge people if they're unaware). The freshly squeezed juice wasn't included either and tried to rip someone we met off with the exchange rate for the juice (which we were very shocked at!) Also, you had to pay for wifi which again seemed steep, it was free in the lobby but the signal was poor so you needed to pay ideally. There was absolutely NO entertainment, we asked at reception and they just said "finished" which we assumed they meant finished for the season, even though the hotel was full which we were disappointed about. Luckily we weren't there for too long but we met others who were there for 10-14 nights and they were very bored! The platform going down near the rocks is a nice touch, there's a bar down there too and you can jump into the sea, which made a change to laying round the pool. Rooms were quite basic too, wasn't luxurious and 2 single beds that were quite hard and they pushed together which felt cheap & cheerful.... Also there were shops in the hotel, my partner wanted a cap (just a basic one to keep the sun off) and they tried charging him €20, he went out of the hotel and found a local convenience shop (one of few) and it was 60lira (equivalent to €2) so again, overcharging people unnecessarily. Okay for a short break, very basic for a 5* and NO entertainment at all and right in middle of dental clinics so very few restaurants and no bars/shops nearby which was a shame... Wouldn't recommend if you want to leave the hotel and explore the local area with shops / restaurants, and want some entertainment! Ideally it's fine for 2-3 nights maximum.
