Good location next to train central station, staff was friendly and nice, breakfast was good as well.

Rooms were just ok, nothing special given the rate rendered. At first checked in, I was shocked with the dilapitated room with awful smell. I asked the receptionist to change my room immediately and she obliged. First room was given facing directly the train station which is dusty and noisy. Room is extremely basic, just like a hostel.  Breakfast however was amazing. A lot of amenities and choices. I am most happy with the fast wifi as I work remote, so a fast wifi helps a lot. Will I return? No Another thing i needed to higlight is, after checking out, the hotel will charge you if you want to store your luggage. This is unacceptable in my books

Good place to stay, close to the city center and has nice breakfast

the room is not that big but fits well for 2 persons. The room is clean, will be right back if visit there again!

Wonderful buffet breakfast spread, superb customer service and clean rooms. It's also so so near the central station, and all the nice little cafes in the area, and a short walk to Hansa. Can't ask for more. Will definitely come back if I'm in Malmo, and recommend you to everyone!

Location was super convenient (right beside Malmö Central Station). Staff were very friendly and gave recommendations on what to do during Christmas since many things were closed. Breakfast was good as well. Thank you to the staff who made the stay pleasant, highly recommended!

The location was perfect, only a few minutes to Malmo central station and the city center, The staff was friendly, The breakfast was excellent, and alone was worth the price of my stay. overall,The hotel was affordable and offered excellent value for money.

The hotel is well located, in front of the train/bus station in a safe area. The city center is just 5 minuts walk and it's near all the most important attraction of the city. The staff is kind, i had just a single room but it was well cleaned ans very comfortable. I highly recommend

Really good experience. They had a nice breakfast and it was just outside of the train station.

Staff is not very friendly in general (indepent on who and at what time). We need to pay for luggage storage, which we have never seen before (this is a generally known hotel service). When we still decided to pay for it, they informed us you can not pay in cash (which once again is not allowed to avoid paying this way for an amount of 60sek.
