Location quite ok, customer service ok, the bed is ok. Only bathroom cleanliness need to be improved.

Good experience stay here, clean room, comfy bed and I got view Kg Morten. So mesmerizing with lights during the night and so warm during the day. Management put efforts to guest needs when I requested for iron & refill of shower gel in the morning. However, they took some time to respond in whatsapp. TV, kettle, hairdryer & mini fridge functioned. They also have swimming pool and mini gym for guests.

In fact the rooms are pretty good because it's in the Pines . But the parking is really not too convenient, and also no Vip parking can be purchased. Check in process abit slow. Other than that are really good.

If not for the price. I will never ever stay with Greystone99. The checkin procedure is terrible. Staff is slow and manager gives you that unwelcoming face. Deposit of 100rm for 1 room key card. 200rm for 2 room key. Carpark is the one beside the hotel building. Park and pay on your own. And their autopay is always faulty. Than proceed to pay the staff at the gantry. Chill a bottle of drink for more than 24hours in the room mini fridge. But not cold at all. The room aircon is so much colder than the mini fridge. Checkout procedure needs to wait till front desk inform housekeeping to your room to check. And they will give you back the deposit. Late checkout extra hour is 15rm. Very reasonable price. If you want good mood good vibes good service. Direct booking with The Pines hotel will be the choice. If don’t mind the many procedure and obstacles and save money. Than go with Greystone99.

Very disappointed. We use one hour for check in, 4pm reached 5pm only so for the process. Parking not included, have to park in opposite hotel. Deposit only accepted bank transfer, their staff informed deposit refund within 5-7 working days. But after 8days still not received yet, they informed have to wait another 11-14 working days for the bank to proceed it after I WhatsApp and asked for it. Actually room is ok, only the agent service very poor. However, I will not come back again. Highly not recommend.

This room located in the pines building. Put security deposit rm100. Nak checkin pun senang.Parking sblh bgunan,from 11mlm until 12pm i kena pay rm9. Ada kedai runcit,7eleven under block.Swimming pool i pakai jersi n seluar tight (bebas material). Toiletries basic ada body wash,shampoo. Berus gigi ubt gigi kena bring yourself. Aircond sejuk i like! bilik soundproof tak de bising luar. Bilik besarrr luas! i will repeat again ! Thanks!

Well it’s a hotel room anyway. The room that I stayed is at the same level with swimming pool, and soundproofing is terrible. Walking distance around 1km to Jonker Street. Is a quiet area at night. But the building has a very nice lobby.
