Nice, inexpensive family place, although there were no family rooms available. We were able to stay door to door. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Drawback is that the hotel is on a busy road, so one cannot just stroll to the distant beach, one has to drive.

This was my third visit to this lovely spot. It hasn’t changed much. The location is still amazing and the staff does a good job of taking care of the guests. There are certain rooms that are bigger than others and a lot more comfortable if you can get those. a good night sleep nice and quiet, and close enough to everything. Did not use the pool and spa this time, but from prior visits, I can say that it was also lovely.

This is an excellent go-big large scale, palatial-level, totally go big hotel. Big. The location is excellent. The view is excellent. Actually the view is even more excellent. There are some rocky areas behind the hotel that could be good for herping in-season. Birding not so good. Bears present sometimes on premises.

Excellent service of personnel. My only comment is the view from the bar and restaurant. You should make all efforts needed to remove the garbage in front of your hotel. Meaning the ruins of the previous building. Also something noticeable, you should inform the customers prior that in the prices spa and In door pool is extra. After complaining your excellent receptionists removed the cost. Overall great place to stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights after exploring other parts of Greece, including the islands. I guess you can say I was spoiled in the other places with better hospitality than here but I can’t say this hotel was terrible; they just need to learn how to treat their guests a little better. For starters, I was told that the pool is open to everyone (including non hotel guests) and that hotel guests do not get a priority for pool chairs. The guy I spoke with told me that since the other guests also pay (€4) to stay at the pool, it is only fair they also get priority for a seat. Really? I am paying €200+ a night to stay at your hotel and if I cannot find a chair at the pool, you want to tell me the outside guests get a priority because they paid €4 to use your pool? I have never encountered such a bizarre practice from a hotel anywhere. Secondly, their wifi is so weak that when I was in the hotel room, we had no signal at all. It’s 2023. Time to update your wifi signal. Lastly, I went to the spa to get a manicure and they told me the manicurist wasn’t able to remove gel from my nails so she couldn’t give me a manicure. If you have trained manicurists and run a spa offering these services, this is a basic thing that any manicurist can do. Honestly, I wasn’t shocked by this response though. Service isn’t at the top of their list. I realize this is a pretty insignificant detail but it’s just an example of the service they lacked in. As for the rest, the hotel is clean and breakfast is decent. They make a very good frappe. Pool bar has good food. They also offer juice and some sweets upon arriving at the hotel that was a nice touch. I’d stay here again as this is the best hotel in this area but they just need to make some things better. Overall, 7/10 experience.

The best hotel in the area, as there are not so many so far. Definite positive features: Very tidy, tasty food (but not for breakfast, only at the restaurant for lunch or dinner), nice waiters at the restaurant, a very good gym and Hammam. Some drawbacks: Spa: seemed like not having staff for therapies, and those who were at the Spa were not exactly professionals, that’s why the massage was a big disappointment. But at least everyone was polite. General impression - positive

Staff are very professional; service is good; and while I wanted to love it, there were a couple of issues - our room fridge was not working at all; and we did have an ant problem during out stay unfortunately - and when we told the host as we were leaving, he didn't seem to care whatsoever - and why would he? We were already leaving. While we stayed, we ate and had coffee at the restaurant (food was fine); we had someone come into our room for pedicures (it was okay) and we booked 2 massages (also okay) - we'd have stayed here again perhaps but because the host acted like he ignored the fact that we had ants in our room made it so that we'll not go back. There are plenty more places in Kastoria to choose from.

An incredible stay! I went with my school students on a 3 days stay. The staff was amazing: very kind and obliging. The rooms were excellent. Breakfast and diner excellentle served and very tasty! I wish I could return for more!

One of the greatest experiences!! All the staff was extremely polite and problem solving. Mr Akis, Mr Stavros, Mrs Athanasia and many more were more than expected willing to help you and make your staying at the hotel a better experience!!!!
