Overnight stay only when visiting temple. Very nice room with everything we needed. Good room service and brilliant staff. Wish we could have stayed longer and would certainly stay again if in the area.

Beautiful resort style hotel with amazing facilities and wonderful staff. Really felt like I’d entered an oasis of calm The rooms were spacious and well equipped with a room manager who ensured you had everything you needed. Thanks to Mollay for looking after me. I also had the most amazing massage and pedicure. Probably the best I’ve ever had. Amazing and relaxing mini holiday within a busy travel tour

I cannot speak more highly of this place, it is truly wonderful. The staff all over the resort are friendly and warm, and the facilities are kept in great condition. The pool, the rooms and the garden are a peaceful escape of the bustling Madurai. A special thanks to Seetharaman at the Banyan restaurant for his great service. The massage therapist was also really good. I really recommend all to stay here, even if Madurai itself is not on your itinerary.

Heritage Madurai lives up to its name, effortlessly blending modern elegance with a captivating historical ambiance. The lobby area exuded a peaceful old world charm and a delightful touch was witnessing a garland maker weaving fragrant flower garlands for the welcome of hotel guests. During my stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing the opulence of the 'Luxury Plunge Pool Villa'. The spacious room boasted tasteful wooden furnishings, complemented by a generously sized bathroom. However, the true highlight was undoubtedly the expansive plunge pool, offering a serene oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. Throughout the property, there are maintained green oases, accentuated by majestic banyan trees that added a touch of natural splendor. While I only had breakfast during my visit, it was regrettably the least impressive aspect of my stay. The restaurant space felt cramped, struggling to accommodate all guests adequately. Furthermore, the state of the chairs left much to be desired, they were really dirty! :/

Great facilities, clean room, quiet and peaceful hotel surrounded by nature, super friendly staff, always looking to making you feel comfortable and help you, very good food. I had a wonderful massage session with Jayanthi, totally recommended!!

Great hotel, with amazing staff, who really pay attention to details. The food is good and the place is a haven of peace in Madurai with a wonderful swimming pool. I found the rooms good. Definitely recommend it and would come back here if ever I was back in Madurai.

I felt bad that I could not spend more time in such a beautifully appointed place. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The exterior gardens with huge trees, bird noise makes you think that you are in a forest instead of middle of the city. Food was very good for breakfast which was the one meal I had. Staff service was also commendable.

It's a good property... one gets to see the traditional architecture.... most of the part is good in the hotel.... the main dining area did hv a bit of dust... I also spotted a rodent running in the lawns...but maybe coz it's a big property! Our stay was pleasant and the rooms were clean :) We enjoyed our stay at the Heritage.
