You would think Harrah's was a motel. Actually, a motel might be cleaner. My room was disgusting. **** on the table, dirty, stained bed sheets and soiled carpet. Went to complain, and the front didn't even apologize. They asked if I wanted it cleaned or another room. SMH In the second room, bed sheets weren't new. When we pulled it off, we found socks. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT. steer clear, for a younger crowd that wants a pool party. Harrah's money goes to security instead of a cleaning crew and updates.

i like the facility but they never came to my room to clean the room, neither to change the used towels.

This use to be one of the best hotel in Atlanta city when it first open but over the years, it’s very out dated but they did keep it in good condition. It’s a bit dirty due to aging but not so bad. The price is very reasonable and that’s the main reason we booked here. The employees are very friendly. On big thing I dislike is the strong smell of smokes from cigarettes and ********** all over the hotel even in non smoking rooms and worst when walking in the lobby especially in the casino. My cloths and body all smell of it. Don’t recommend to go if you are non smokers and kids.

I recently stayed at Harrah’s Casino and Hotel in Atlantic City and had a generally positive experience, though there were a few notable drawbacks. The room was clean, and the hotel’s location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions, which was a big plus. Additionally, their poker room was a highlight, offering a good selection of games that were enjoyable and well-organized. I even won some money playing poker, which made the experience even better. However, there were a couple of issues that impacted my stay. The most concerning was a hole in the desk that extended into the wall. This odd defect also led to poor sound insulation, making it easy to hear my neighbors talking day and night, which was quite annoying. Despite these problems, I would consider staying at Harrah’s again, especially if they fix the hole in the wall. Overall, it’s a decent choice, particularly for those interested in their poker offerings.

Beautiful place, spacious clean room, comfortable beds, 3 pillows, clean huge bathroom!!

Not bad considering the price. Not very satisfied with service and staffs' attitude. Kind of rude and not very willing to offer helps

Disgusting isn’t even a word I would use, dried blood on the floor gum on the carpet in the room and no help what so ever from customer service.

This is  absolutely misleading it’s not $38 it’s double that with the taxes and the resorts fees. Total cost is $77 with this crappy hotel. It’s not worth. The resorts fees are a scam, none of the pools open and the free Wi-Fi service is a joke. It disconnected you and when you try to reconnect, it says you have to pay for it because you have reached the free 2 devices limit. The hotel is dirty, dusty and smells like someone just smoked in it. The bed sheets are old with holes on it on both bed sheets. It’s  terrible stay and I do not recommend this hotel even if its for free.

Smell of **** was everywhere, cigarette smoke smell too. Walls are very thin and can hear people in next room. Lighting on bathroom was poor, couldt shave my face and Wife couldnt do her make up, no exhaust fan to exhaust the steam from shower.

Great stay and will definitely look to go back. The pool after dark was a great experience and it was a perfect weekend

I only stood for one night, because I was there for a social gathering and didn’t really get a chance to sleep in the room, but there was shaved hair in the shower, I had no garbage can, the sheets had some spots on them, also the chair that was big enough to be a bed by the window, had some wet looking stains on them.

Good clean fun for the whole family there is nothing better than *****

It was a good experience. I recommend.

Wonderful stay! The room could have more outlets placed close to the nightstand/bed(s).
