The interior of the room is too clean. The hotel and airport distance is a disadvantage, but the rest are above average.

We were served by a friendly & helpful front desk staff named Oscar. Our rooms were upgraded to a room with Macau Tower view complimentary upon arrival. Hotel is located uphill so it can be a bit of a walk if you have luggages with you. There is a bus stop nearby the hotel. Hot water is consistent. All in all a comfy stay.

Service is awesome 👍, they also help us call a car service going to hk int airport direct...

The hotel is clean is good but the breakfast food not enough like buffet...they charge $53 for child breakfast...

Good hotel , nearest to Macao tower , it is silent there one good view

Its not good location for travelers. Far from everything. Not convenance store near by. Also bery noisy in the room. Not easy to sleep

We had a good stay at Riviera Hotel Macau. The location is good, it’s quiet. Had a great view of the Macau Tower and walking distance to Our Lady of Penha church. The room was clean and have all the basic nessesities for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 6 nights and 6 days. they served same breakfast everyday. We didn’t mind at first but overtime, we started to crave variety. Eating the same thing everyday can become monotonous, even if it’s delicious. If would be nicer if they could serve breakfast with different dishes every other days. Overall, we had a good stay.

The hotel charged us a $200 cancellation fee 5 mins after we made the booking . Hotel claims 4-5 stars - in reality 2-3 Offered us sea view rooms that locked onto the back of a broken down building blocking any view there may have been . Asked for king beds - were given 2 kids size beds Asked for no smoking -room still had a open cigarette pack on the dresser Overall disaster -worst hotel ever Took us 10 mins to check I and out Hotel ripped us off for nearly $800 Canadian dollars for 2 rooms for one night Moved to a 5 star 5 mind away with amazing see a view for $200 Canadian Will never book a hotel with Trip.com again HC

The hotel is in a good location, close to the main attractions of Portugal. The room was very big and clean with a nice bathroom. The reception was friendly and helpful.

They upgraded my room without me asking them. The staff members were polite and helpful. The surrounding is nice and quiet. We easily figured out how to get to the busiest area with public transportation. The ride duration is only 15 minutes. The bus stop must be within a couple of hundreds feet from the front door. We were also impressed by the water-front view.

The hotel was very good overall. It was 11 mins from the Macao ferry port, taxi ride about 50-60HKD. We walked to the ruins of st Paul's which took 24mins. We were on the second floor and had no view, but we were there for 1 day, so not too bothered. A room with 3 beds cost £83 with breakfast, although Western choice was limited, Chinese selection was ok We got small bottle of water free, everything else was chargeable in the room, other soft drinks, tea and coffee too. There was a shower and a bath tub in our room, 2039.

Location and view are good hotel clean and the staff is good only one thing is housekeeping nock the door and enter to the room at 9:30am. And ask to clean the room but we were sleeping on bed after we said we don’t need but she still saying something and not close the door for a minute until we said please close the door.
